28th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I booked a viewing on 24 February 2026 for an appointment confirmed on 28 February at 12:00 pm. I travelled nearly two hours to attend, arrived on time, and when I called the agent to check their arrival, I was casually told the appointment had been cancelled. No one informed me beforehand. No call. No email. Nothing. This shows a total lack of basic organisation and zero respect for clients’ time. Cancelling appointments without notifying people is unacceptable, especially when customers are travelling significant distances. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I would strongly question how they handle actual clients. Very disappointing experience.
19th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.
17th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible. I had the displeasure of renting with Spencer Munson from 2020 to 2023 and I am appalled at their service. Issues with our rented property was noted when we moved in, such as blown double glazing that needed to be fixed, but we never got that fixed in the entire 3 years. We needed ventilation in the bathroom and I chased them for 2 years to get an extractor fan fitted. We had contractor after contractor visit yet nothing was ever done because they couldn’t organise. We had one contractor come twice for the same thing! He was as confused as us and stated he sent his quote to them and never heard back till months later when he was asked to go and visit again! We ended up with horrid mould due to their negligence. Every time I would call or email I was told they were sorry for my wait and would check with management and call back. Yet I never ever got one call back!! I was sick and tired of chasing so I made them aware I would report them to the ombudsman and that is the only time I got a response! Even then, it took MONTHS to get an extractor fan and still nothing was done about the window. The boss himself came to our property because it had gone on so long. Originally he gave us a day and time and never showed. This happened twice which I can understand things happen, but he never attempted to call or email while we waited in. When he did arrive, he tried to tell us the property was so old it didn’t need an extractor fan. I brought my grandad around for this reason. He has been a builder all this life and knows the laws. The building is required by law to have some form of ventilation in the bathroom to combat the mould that was growing. The boss tried to give us the run around but it did not work. We decided to move out earlier this year as we were fed up of them and were given the option to self clean to a professional standard or pay for cleaners. We cleaned ourselves and I videoed the entire flat as proof, knowing what they were like. We spent 2 days scrubbing every inch, skirting boards, corners, lamps, oven, fridge, windows and it was spotless. We used their own checklist to make sure we had everything to their standard only to be told we would be charged £250 for a ‘further clean’ after moving out. So a waste of our time. Don’t give the option to self clean if you are going to charge for progressional cleaning regardless! My family friends helped who are actually CLEANERS, so when I say it was cleaned to a professional standard I mean it. We were then charged over £200 for ‘bathroom damages’. After probing into this I was told the ‘damage’ was a loose toilet roll holder that just needed tightening…and the seal on the shower door was coming apart. So they were wrongly charging us for wear and tear NOT damage. So £500 out of our deposit later we are finally out. Appalling management, morally wrong and from what I saw in 3 years, could not manage a property and keep them to a good standard. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to be spending your free time calling and chasing.

Rak was consistently professional, responsive, and proactive in handling any repair or maintenance issues, ensuring they were resolved quickly and efficiently. Communication was always clear, and he kept me well informed about any updates throughout my tenancy. I truly appreciate the support and service provided over the years and would highly recommend Martin & Co, especially Rak, for their reliable and tenant-focused approach.

The team handled everything efficiently and professionally, taking a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or provide updates. Their attention to detail and proactive approach really stood out and we got more than the asking price for our property so obviously we were extremely pleased. I felt well supported at every stage and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent.

27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.

29th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Was good. Went really bad. They never reply to calls/emails unless they need something from you. Now I've been waiting for my deposit for months forcing me to take legal action.
31st Mar 2026 (4 days ago)The worst agency. I had a flat with thia agency for 5 years. Whenever i had problems with property, they will never reply on emails if you dont send it multiple times, or call them. Even when they reply, it is very difficult for a solution from them. Some times I had to take a private contractor to do some urgent work with boiler or electricity. And when you ask for a refund for the amount you paid, they will try to charge you for that, so be careful and avoid them. Also make sure you make plenty of photos and videos when you move in the property, because when you leave they will try to keep your deposit. They will charge for things you woudn't imagine. I was lucky and smart i had proof when I moved in and out, otherwise my deposit would be gone. Try to avoid renting from them, and in case you do, make sure to have proof for everything, or they will try to act smart and steal your money. Rated 1 star only because i can't rate them lower.

We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."

3rd Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
