14th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Whatever the issue you face they don't respond. It was very bad experience. When we ask anything, they say it is managed by landlord and he will come and sort. I don't know why they are taking rent if they don't solve customer issues.

8th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

Dorinda went above and beyond her role, proactively liaising with the third-party referencing company and helping to resolve issues that could have delayed the process. Gee was equally supportive, guiding me through the referencing and guarantor requirements and helping ensure that everything was completed within the required timeframe. Their responsiveness, patience and willingness to help made a potentially stressful process much smoother and enabled me to move in as planned. I am extremely grateful to them both for their exceptional service and commitment.

8th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.
28th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)I have had a very positive experience with the estate agents as they were kind and understanding with my situation,first contact was with Tianah that was very professional and courteous then proceeded with Natalie that was involved in every single step of the way since she took over all the way to the end,cannot be thankful enough with the ladies that I will definitely visit them when my schedule allows me,I would highly recommend working with the above named (could be others too but haven’t dealt with someone else yet) for their involvement and kindness and friendly.<br><br>Keep up ladies as you are a real asset to the company you are working for and you definitely deserve a praise.<br><br>Thank you,again.
