I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

He listened to our requirements and helped to buy our wonderful new home. He always keeping us informed of what was happening in the chain and was very supportive and reassuring along the way. Stuart was also extremely helpful in making sure the purchase progressed. I wish all estate agents provided such a great service.
19th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Outstanding service from Charters Estate Agents<br><br>I’ve used Charters Estate Agents for the past 15 months and have been extremely impressed with the service throughout. Their fully managed service has made being a landlord incredibly straightforward, with any issues — whether plumbing, gardening, roofing, electrics or anything else — dealt with quickly and efficiently.<br><br>Last year, they found excellent tenants for my property within a month. More recently, my existing tenants unexpectedly decided to leave, but Charters once again delivered. A new tenant was found, fully checked and agreed to move into the flat within just five weeks — an excellent result given the circumstances.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jacqui and Kirstie, who have been fantastic and played a key role in finding the new tenant. They have both been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout.<br><br>I’m very happy with Charters and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Great service, excellent communication and a very impressive fully managed service. Highly recommended.

We really love our new house, and Caroline was very helpful throughout the whole process.<br>She kept us updated throughout and was always on top of everything. Communication was really good, and she was always quick to reply. She even replied to our email while she was on holiday.<br>As first-time buyers, we found this really helpful and reassuring. During the many "lumps and bumps" of the buying and selling process, they remained positive to achieve the ultimate aim of completing the sale! My wife and I where nothing but impressed, with the communication, and on going support offered by all of the team, when things looked decidedly uncertain of a completion. Rebecca, Patrick and the team are a credit to Bourne who are lucky to have them representing them in the small Farnham office. Bourne Farnham are Highly Recommended, from a couple who do not post reviews. Well done Bourne Farnham, who we would choose again, if we ever (never again) moved.

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.- 26th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I have only had the opportunity to deal with Sam, so it is difficult to give an evaluation of the business in general. With that said, if Sam is typical of the workers there, then with any reservations I would recommend this business. Sam demonstrated excellent knowledge and competency, he was patient and professional, and his customer service was warm and wise. If you are thinking of dealing with an estate agent to find you a mortgage, don't hesitate contact these guys now, and I would suggest to ask for Sam who will no doubt pass you on to one of his colleagues if he is unable to deal with you.
