Throughout the process, they had to deal with an unexpectedly difficult buyer and a number of complicated situations that arose along the way. Despite this, Millie our agent remained calm, professional, and proactive from start to finish. Her communication was excellent in keeping us fully informed, offered clear guidance and handled every challenge with patience and confidence. It was clear she was committed to achieving the best outcome and her expertise made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. I am incredibly grateful for her hard work and professionalism. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

Whenever we have had an issue, or query, they have been quick to respond and find a balanced solution. We’ve found all their staff helpful, with recent experience with Clare who within a couple of hours had arranged for someone to fix a, non-urgent, door problem.

Although market conditions were challenging, David always provided straight-forward and honest advice and achieved a good result in the end. I am currently living abroad and he was always very flexible to speak outside normal office hours to accommodate timezone issues. I would recommend Duncan Perry whatever your property requirements are!

With both the sale of our house experiencing delays due to unforeseen issues caused by our buyers which required the house to be re-marketed, as well as the purchase of our onward house falling through due to issues with our vendors resulting in us having to secure another house. However the team at Chas R Lowe were exemplary throughout, acting in both a consistent professional manner as well as being extremely supportive and friendly whenever the need arose..... which it did several times throughout the full conveyancing process. Well done to the whole team, Thank You!

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress.
