25th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)Renting through Dinsdales Estates now for nearly 2 months now. From initial property enquiry to now I've received exceptional support and service, better than any other letting agents I've used before. Chloe and Katie were very helpful over the phone, answering any questions I had professionally, outlining any details of the process clearly. 10/10 Yvonne showed me around the property, and was very welcoming. My appointment was on schedule, and I received all the information I requested and needed. 10/10 I then went into office for documentation handover, where I met the team, and I must say, are a lovely set of people! Very caring and genuine. Very comfortable environment. At key handover, they even went through the effort of a handover giftbox! Lovely touch. 10/10 Since living in the property, I haven't been 'pestered' or bothered in the slightest. No bad surprises with the property. I reported a 'problem' that wasn't even a problem (sorry), it was a technical misunderstanding I had made. Despite this, the response from the team was swift, and my 'issue' was solved by Chloe the very next day. 10/10 Fantastic Team, highly recommended. Thank you team Dinsdales Estates

7th Mar 2025 (10 weeks ago)One of the worst agencies I've come across, I had a viewing booked for today 4pm and I reached here 5 mins early leaving my office and everything before time to beat traffic and to my surprise nobody was here at 4. when I called the number on the board and on right move again and again nobody picked up and then 15 mins later I get a call just now from someone at their office saying that the agent who was supposed to meet you is stuck in traffic and cannot reach today and we will have to reschedule for tomorrow. Do they think that it's easy for someone to take time out of their daily schedules just to be notified 15 mins after the actual viewing time that they need to reschedule? All while I've received multiple messages and emails on reminding me about the viewing, I guess they need to send themselves these reminders as well. And what kind of an excuse is this “stuck in traffic”??? At least have the courtesy to pick your phone up. Completely pathetic.
22nd Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)We would highly recommend David and Freddie at Marsh and Marsh after having an utterly disastrous experience from a well known other company!! Our house was on the market within 2 days of David's and Freddie’s initial appointment, absolutely amazing! Sold it straight away! Can’t fault the follow up until completion, always on hand and return your calls if not available, we would definitely recommend them. Thank you both!!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
