He's very responsive, experienced and always went beyond to support me move things forward. Purchasing a leasehold flat is not a relaxing journey. But with Nigel's support, advice, and effort on chasing all parties to move things forward, it went smoothly. I definitely would recommend him and Arington team for their services.

Simon and Russell kept everything flowing smoothly and were always on top of everything - keeping us all on track! Would not hesitate to recommend, the service is impeccable.

From the first valuation and all the information and guidance I was given, to the viewing that sold it to my buyers, I felt 100% confident with Brand Vaughan as my sale agents. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

12th Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)We could not have asked for better support in what turned out to be a long and complicated sales process. The team at the Preston Park branch were fabulous. Toby was our initial contact, advising us on asking price and then arranging viewings and securing a buyer. He immediately made us feel confident and included in the process. We had complete faith in him. As such, we were a little nervous when we were moved to the sales progression team. Pleased to say that our concerns were unfounded. Holly Davis was superb from day 1. She kept us informed throughout and formed a bridge between us and the buyer- her reassurance and support was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Brand and Vaughan . Thank you so much for getting us to the finish line!

From the first viewing to securing a new buyer after our initial sale fell through, the entire team - Dominique, Lara, Matthew and Mitchell - was incredible. They handled a whirlwind of activity with calm, professionalism, and a genuinely supportive approach. We’d already taken the leap of buying before selling (never again!) and were under an extremely tight deadline, but their experience and reassurance made all the difference. They kept things moving, kept us sane, and somehow even made it enjoyable. Having Laura’s experience and expertise made the whole process manageable and worry free, especially when you are grieving. Thank you Mark Revill for your excelllent service and would not hesitate in using you again.

From the very beginning, the team have been professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive - making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I’d like to give a special mention to Daniel Everest, who was outstanding throughout. His communication was clear and timely, his guidance invaluable. Daniel’s was instrumental in getting us to an offer accepted stage, and we’re so grateful for everything he did to help us get to this point. Thank you again to everyone at Fox & Sons. 21st Mar 2025 (27 days ago)Mansells moved my mother in law a couple of years ago. They did a great job for her so there was no discussion about who we would choose to sell our house in Hassocks. Gareth valued our house with certainty in what we knew was a bad market, even for Hassocks. We had an offer within 3 weeks which they helped negotiate to an agreeable figure. The sale went in hand but we hadn’t found a property to move to. We viewed several properties with Mansells and another agent but none suited us. Gareth knew exactly what we wanted and after several weeks he called to say he had just valued a property that he knew we would buy. Sure enough a few weeks later it came to market and we agreed to buy it. It all went through with the least amount of hassle possible. I can’t recommend Gareth and the team enough

Alex in particular was great in keeping us fully informed on both the good and difficult issues that arose. Our experience confirms that a small and focused team beats the bigger agents hands down. As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
