Me and my partner started on the long and difficult journey of looking to purchase our first home and it couldn't have been made any easier by having such an amazing team help us find our new home! Everything was done smoothly, they let us view whenever it was needed even on short notice and that allowed us to get the keys in 3 months! We are forever grateful for all the hardwork they put in to allow us to be homeowners! Thank you to Simon and Russell who answered all of our questions and helped us so much! Would strongly recommend using this amazing team when looking to buy or sell a house!
24th Oct 2025 (23 days ago)We have just moved home and we cannot rate Connor Malcolm highly enough. Their customer service and professionalism puts the others to shame, simply superior in every way. Every single member of the team is warm, friendly, competent and helpful. When selling, we were kept up to date continuously throughout, even receiving emails well late into the night from David, often within minutes of messaging him. It's like he never sleeps! Rachel was absolutely top drawer too, she arranged an absolute army of viewings and was always a friendly voice to talk to throughout, her experience clear to see. Even when the house didn't appear to be selling at first, (feedback was that the rooms were too small) she was so reassuring and it really helped to keep us positive and to stay the course. When we got to the legal stage of completion and were transferred to Scott, he was so well organised and professional, frequently updating us on every bit of the process along the way. Always friendly and charming, but razor sharp and focused, definitely not like the many others we have dealt with in the past. He pays attention to every word, notes every detail and delivers on everything he tells you he will do for you. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Our sale and subsequent move went smoothly and it was such a relief not to have the additional burden of chasing up things on top of it all as we have had to be in the past! We cannot thank Connor Malcolm enough for all their help, they were amazing. Every single one of them. Please do not hesitate to give them a call should you wish to put your house on the market and/or buy your dream home!

I was kept informed about every viewing and all of the feedback received. All BV staff involved were friendly and professional with nothing seeming too much trouble. I'm really pleased that I chose Brand Vaughan to sell my house.

We were kept regularly informed and every team member was professional and friendly and knew about situation regarding the property. The price that Marchants started marketing the house at was higher that we thought was realistic in the current market – but that price was achieved. All in all a fantastic service.

David, Ryan and Brendan worked very hard on the sale of my flat which was considered a niche property. They were in touch with me throughout the process with updates and advice. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and their commitment, dedication and determination.

I joined this agency after being assured by a particular member of staff that my property would sell quickly, but after they left, no one even told me. The viewings were handled poorly, staff didn’t know key details about my home or the area, and I often had to chase them for updates. I even ended up doing my own viewings just to keep things moving. After more than a year with no results, I went multi-agency, suddenly there was effort, and my home sold within weeks. Communication from management was dismissive and when raising concerns I was belittled and intimidated from the owner. When I advised the owner that I would give an honest review of my experience , I was informed their IT department and legal team would get involved. Having said that my house was sold through this agency in the end but what a distressing experience when raising concerns. I am now going through their complaints procedure. Sadly, I can’t recommend this agency based on my experience as there was a real lack of professionalism, care, and accountability.- 9th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)Efficient and friendly team.. they really helped with my house move.. 14th Oct 2025 (5 weeks ago)Theresa, Richard and the whole Mark Revill team were supportive, helpful and friendly throughout our sale and purchase journey. Our case wasn’t the easiest with lots of challenges to step through but we were always kept updated with progression even if it wasn’t always the news we hoped to hear. I would 100% recommend Mark Revill and Co to anyone looking for an estate agent. They don’t mess you about or force you to buy into products with affiliated solicitors, mortgage advisers or insurance companies. Theresa is an asset to the company. She always went above and beyond for us and was very sympathetic and compassionate, knowing our family dynamic. The process would have been very different if it wasn’t for her patients and tenacity. We are truly thankful!

I was not disappointed, in fact I was really impressed. Bruno was kindly professional, informative and realistic. The whole process was a pleasure thanks to him.

2nd Nov 2025 (14 days ago)Ryan Soan and the team at Fox & Sons secured a sale on our property within a week of marketing it for us. We had initially listed with another agent and had no offers for 12 weeks. Once we switched the sale to Fox & Sons we received two firm offers within the first week. A great supportive, and collaborative service. Highly recommended.

They re-let two of my flats in Hove for me and quickly found me very high quality tenants and made the whole check-in process go very smoothly. Cliffords also manage the buildings containing the said flats and whenever a problem has arisen it has been dealt with swiftly and very professionally. This is a superb local estate agent and I highly recommend them.

They were always professional, always trying to do the best for us, always trying to keep the process on track and most of all always human. Selling is never easy but I couldn't imagine anyone else keeping cool and staying on-side in the way Fosters did given how many challenges there were.

1st Oct 2025 (7 weeks ago)PSP were excellent for us. From the moment I first got in touch I was totally impressed by how thorough and responsive they were. They offer a professional, personable service which is in stark contrast to many other agents out there. I found their advice and approach to be well founded, sensible and effective. We had listed with Mansell McTaggart initially which was a terrible decision and received a really shoddy service. PSP were a breath of fresh air and had solid interest and leads straight away and an offer at asking price within days. Paul was also excellent with the sales progression and helping to keep things moving and had the stamina to keep pushing a tricky lower chain. I would 100% recommend PSP and would only use them again in future.

25th Oct 2025 (22 days ago)Rented with them as a tenant. During the tenancy they were slow to react when we had sewage coming out of the bathroom drain repeatedly - 3 times during the tenancy. We were then evicted on a section 21 after 10 months because the landlady wanted to move back in. The email requested us to leave the apartment in a “good” condition, comparable with the check-in inventory. I had 3 family members clean the apartment with me and left various aspects in a better condition than when I entered (for example, I took down and cleaned the mould-ridden curtains and blinds and put them back up). They charged me £100 for additional cleaning- saying they had paid for a professional clean *after* the check-in inventory was taken and telling me I had not returned it to the same standard! They claimed for dust on the extractor fan and limescale on taps. These were pre-existing conditions that had deteriorated through fair wear and tear during the tenancy. Upon close inspection of their check-in inventory, they had provided contradicting photos of the extraction fan- 2 photos showed it already had significant dust build up, and one photo in which it was sparkling clean, like new. This does not make sense- how can the fan be both clean and dirty? It seems to me they had used an old photo in the inventory. Essentially, they were charging me for a professional clean - illegal under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Unbelievably, the adjudicator sided with the letting agent and actually deducted most of this money from my deposit - what is the point of the deposit scheme if it doesn’t protect tenants from this type of abusive behaviour? I’m a landlord myself and I have never been so petty with my tenants- I found their behaviour completely unreasonable and I’d never rent with them again. Absolute thumbs down. Provided are the contradictory photos they put in the inventory. Beware of this letting agent.
