I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. Thank you very much Harvey and the team.

15th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Rating a single star is generous. I am appalled at the incompetence, lack of communication and sheer disregard demonstrated at BV. I have known David Vaughan who started the company for more than a decade, sold several properties with the help of him and his team so thought it would be wise to keep using them. I was sadly mistaken as BV is certainly not the client focussed award winning agency it once was now that David Vaughan has moved on and established Aston Vaughan —- As I write this I am still waiting more than 5 weeks for BV to reply to emails regarding my property seemingly now held hostage. Do not use this agency as it does not value ones business and the sheer disregard for myself and my most valued asset, my home, is disgraceful. I,certainly, after my current ongoing experience would not sell nor have them rental manage anything ever as it’s an utter shambles.

Amber and the whole team have been superstars while selling our shared ownership flat; proactive finding us buyers and really calm and supportive through the inevitable hiccups along the way as we bought our new home. Thanks to Amber, our sale was actually the least stressful part, even with the involvment of a housing association!

12th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Officeless. They seem to me to operate from the local Pub. They do not have an office. That explains that, based on high background noise and the level of low common sense, when I spoke to them they seem to me that they operate directly from the local pub. Also explains the psychodrama of their unprofessional behaviour. My recommendation is to find yourself a estate agent with an office as this one seems to me to operate from the local pub. Nothing wrong I guess with running the business from the pub, it could be convenient for meals and drinks, I guess, but not for my personal professional standard. I guess it is another type of business, for another type of people. Not better or worse, just different.

Despite Lextons representing the Vendors our interactions with Josh and Tara were always met with professionalism and fairness. They both persevered throughout the process to ensure a positive outcome for their clients and ourselves as the buyers. Throughout the process they were both effective communicators and resilient with challenges which they worked towards overcoming. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, extremely helpful and great at staying in touch and keeping me updated. Even when someone lower down the chain caused some delays he really helped to resolve the issues and remained patient and positive throughout, which made me have the same outlook. Whether you’re selling or buying I would highly recommend Heb without hesitation!! Excellent 10/10 ????

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean. Communication is prompt, proactive and efficient; he will always pick up the phone and offer as much time and advice as is necessary. A rare aspect in business these days. I would not hesitate to recommend.
