If any visits needs to be arranged i.e Flat inspection, I always got sufficient notice and there was never a problem to rearrange it to suit my schedule when I needed it. Amy Parry has been my primary contact since the beginning and I'm very grateful for her patience and the support. I also dealt with Matt & Sasha and again, efficient and prompt communication. Thank you Q team for your hard work.
20th Feb 2025 (13 weeks ago)Probably slightly unfair time to review as we were selling at not a great time of year, and our situation was not a run off the mill one. However, we were kept in the loop and communication was good. Market price dropped after the valuation, but if the sale goes ahead, it will have sold in 3 months.
24th Dec 2024 (21 weeks ago)Megan and Olly were selling my house and as stressful as it can be, I was also moving abroad so was extra stressful. Megan and Olly were super reassuring and professional throughout. I wasn’t the easiest to deal with and was very demanding but they went above and beyond and I can’t be more thankful for their hard work and patience. I would highly recommend them over any other local agents who I’ve also dealt with in the past! Sam Nelson

Rafael, Carolyn and the entire team were efficient, approachable and quick to act on whatever needed doing. A huge thank you to David too. His calm approach and good communication skills were just right in keeping both parties on track and sailing gently into port! Personally we can highly recommend Oakley Lewes and will raise a glass to the team on completion day.

Having Laura’s experience and expertise made the whole process manageable and worry free, especially when you are grieving. After tirelessly searching for available properties, we stumbled upon a delightful flat that caught our attention. We promptly reached out to Your Move, and to our delight, Tracy responded the same day, confirming the availability of the flat. She impressively handled all our inquiries and swiftly scheduled a viewing for us. Her proactive approach made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. Following the viewing, we expressed our interest in the property, and to our joy, we were selected as the tenants. We are immensely grateful to Your Move Brighton for their invaluable assistance in helping us secure our new home. He had answers to all our questions and provided information we hadn't thought to ask - a level of professionalism that has been lacking in many other agents. The current market seems to be so fluid that agents either don't have the time, or see no value, in knowing the ins and outs of a place. As first time buyers this process is both new, exciting, and a bit terrifying! Kieran removed those barriers and allowed us to think clearly.

15th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)We have just let our property with Knight & Knoxley. Luke was exceptional in his role to help us. He got the ball rolling straight away and a tenant was found immediately. Luke was extremely good at communicating back and forth with us and the tenant. He was efficient and responsive. He always answered our questions, set up meetings and gave us good advice. I would definitely recommend Luke and the company to others.

I worked closely with Gareth at the outset and then Chris. Both were incredibly personable and easy to work with. Always good humoured despite the turbulent nature and twist and turns of house selling. Chris has gone above and beyond the brief by being willing to share his extensive knowledge and experience of the housing market in support of my property search. Thank you, you made the 'journey' much easier knowing you were on my team!
2nd May 2025 (21 days ago)Lewes Estates were professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The particulars were produced promptly, with excellent photographs and I was informed of each viewing and then given feedback wherever possible. Even though the property market in the winter months was rather sluggish, they were always encouraging and eventually found me a suitable buyer for my house.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
