If any visits needs to be arranged i.e Flat inspection, I always got sufficient notice and there was never a problem to rearrange it to suit my schedule when I needed it. Amy Parry has been my primary contact since the beginning and I'm very grateful for her patience and the support. I also dealt with Matt & Sasha and again, efficient and prompt communication. Thank you Q team for your hard work.
20th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)Probably slightly unfair time to review as we were selling at not a great time of year, and our situation was not a run off the mill one. However, we were kept in the loop and communication was good. Market price dropped after the valuation, but if the sale goes ahead, it will have sold in 3 months.
25th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We consider ourselves very lucky that Oakley was marketing the new home we are about to complete on. Rafael, Carolyn and the entire team were efficient, approachable and quick to act on whatever needed doing. A huge thank you to David too. His calm approach and good communication skills were just right in keeping both parties on track and sailing gently into port! Personally we can highly recommend Oakley Lewes and will raise a glass to the team on completion day.

A big thanks to my propert manager Kshitija, her communication was seamless, I was always kept informed about any updates or issues. Maintenance requests were addressed promptly, and I appreciated their proactive approach to fix issues even though my landlord is not giving them proper support.

He had answers to all our questions and provided information we hadn't thought to ask - a level of professionalism that has been lacking in many other agents. The current market seems to be so fluid that agents either don't have the time, or see no value, in knowing the ins and outs of a place. As first time buyers this process is both new, exciting, and a bit terrifying! Kieran removed those barriers and allowed us to think clearly.

25th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Lovely park with lots of open green spaces. Lake with lots of nature. A lovely play area with lots of climbing activities, zip wires, sand pit area. There is a splash and play with water sprinklers. Lots of nice parts of the park. Good transport links and toilet facilities

But more importantly, they have a sense of humour and they are HUMAN! Very relatable. I worked closely with Gareth at the outset and then Chris. Both were incredibly personable and easy to work with. Always good humoured despite the turbulent nature and twist and turns of house selling. Chris has gone above and beyond the brief by being willing to share his extensive knowledge and experience of the housing market in support of my property search. Thank you, you made the 'journey' much easier knowing you were on my team!
- 6th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Keen enthusiastic and friendly staff badly let down by corporate rules and an inflexible IT/software setup which did not enable them to present the property as we wanted. They did get viewings but not many of them were suited to the property age or needs wise. We also didn't like the hard sell 'upgrade' charges they tried to foist on us at the point of signing up, or the never before heard of extortionate 'uplift' commission for a sale over the asking price which was not pointed out to me, and I got them to cancel. Very corporate and money grubbing. - not the fault of the lovely staff.

The keys were given to us quickly and we were welcomed with a nice welcome box including moving vouchers, chocolate and a bottle opener for my keys. The team have always been responsive with any queries we have and are always easy to contact over the phone or email.
