15th Apr 2024 (14 days ago)We rented through Q for a number of years. All problems were resolved by the Landlord. When we moved out they withheld our deposit for no reason and even when Deposit Protection found in our favour still kept items on the check out form. I ended up paying a fraction of what they demanded and should have had more back but they refused to take some items off even though they confirmed it was not my responsibilty. BEWARE
22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Unprofessional behaviour, at first I believed they were amazing until everything went Pete tong!! I was total multiple different things and then I was told there was something wrong with my credit even thought I proved I had nothing on my credit file I was then informed they were keeping my deposit but I could use it on another property BUT when I fill in the details to view the property I get the confirmation email and then I am not contacted so they are now ignoring me and they won’t reply to my emails stay away choose another agency….

Amber and the whole team have been superstars while selling our shared ownership flat; proactive finding us buyers and really calm and supportive through the inevitable hiccups along the way as we bought our new home. Thanks to Amber, our sale was actually the least stressful part, even with the involvment of a housing association!

We finally took the plunge and purchased a property, which again was listed through Fox and Sons. Zoe played a real key role offering advice and what needed to be done next; sorely needed for me as a first time buyer. Zoe went above and beyond to assist; being really proactive and keen resolve any issues ASAP. Zoe is a credit to the branch.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. 6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Keen enthusiastic and friendly staff badly let down by corporate rules and an inflexible IT/software setup which did not enable them to present the property as we wanted. They did get viewings but not many of them were suited to the property age or needs wise. We also didn't like the hard sell 'upgrade' charges they tried to foist on us at the point of signing up, or the never before heard of extortionate 'uplift' commission for a sale over the asking price which was not pointed out to me, and I got them to cancel. Very corporate and money grubbing. - not the fault of the lovely staff.

He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, extremely helpful and great at staying in touch and keeping me updated. Even when someone lower down the chain caused some delays he really helped to resolve the issues and remained patient and positive throughout, which made me have the same outlook. Whether you’re selling or buying I would highly recommend Heb without hesitation!! Excellent 10/10 ????
