I found them very professional through the whole process, particularly Liz who was extremely helpful keeping me informed via email and regular phone contact. She kept me updated on viewing appointments and provided feedback following the visits. Would highly recommend Liz and AJ homes.

The property has needed refurbishment throughout and without the agent’s help we would have struggled to find and organise tradespeople to complete the works needed to the high standards required in a timely manner as we are located at the other end of the country. D W Smith & Company have provided a stress free, seamless service for us and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

Considering Rue had only been in the job for a week or so she was very professional, smart, knowledgeable about the area and extremely polite. Joe Freear was my main communicator for everything to do with the flat, and I couldn’t fault him. He was brilliant from start to finish and even now that I’ve moved in he’s still helping me as much as possible with repairs/issues I have. I then met them at the property and they were clearly knowledgeable and then throughout the entire sales process they were great.
