22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Cheffins managed the property I was renting 'till recently.Whenever I had a query, the staff were very professional and friendly.Any issues in the flat, e.g. minor repairs were resolved very quickly.I mainly dealt with Ellie and she was very nice and helpful indeed.Would highly recommend.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with this estate agent has been extremely disappointing. They consistently ignored my communications, taking weeks to respond to emails despite multiple follow-ups, and never answering phone calls. Oscar and Spencer, in particular, were unhelpful and often provided incorrect information regarding move-in dates. Additionally, their emails frequently failed to address the questions I raised. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against purchasing a property through this agency. They exhibit a clear lack of professionalism and customer care.

She was emphatic and professional, did all her best to make sure the property was in good order before I moved in. What made Pocock and Shaw different was Piers local knowledge and that they offered a 2 week withdrawal from using them. We did not need this as we had an offer within 2 working days of the listing!

Vincent Shaw have always been highly responsive, friendly, and both generous and responsible in their interactions with us as tenants. Staff at Vincent Shaw really bring a 'human' touch to their interactions with tenants, being willing to listen carefully, to understand one's situation, and to come to the best solution for both tenant and landlord.

They gave me some great advice when taking on the sale to maximise the property potential and they supported me greatly with works that were required. I was extremely pleased with the marketing which lead to lots of enquiries and then productive viewings. The knowledge of the local market proved invaluable, ensuring that a sale was agreed in good time with the right buyer - I had a choice! Once the sale was agreed the process has been straight forward with Keeleys working seamlessly with the buyer, Solicitors and myself to ensure I was fully informed throughout the process. I have rented properties with Keeleys for many years and have been very pleased with their professionalism and transparency. The Lettings team are a tough act to follow but I have to say the Sales Team match them. A very honest and professional team that I would wholeheartedly recommend to you.
