14th Sep 2024 (22 days ago)This is the second time I’ve used HS Estates and both times it was a pleasure. Ritchie, Corran and Simone were communicative, helpful and hard working. It wasn’t the easiest property to sell, but their diligence and tenacity really helped to see it through. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
2nd Oct 2024 (4 days ago)Nice enough people but wasted a lot of my time. Never once suggested doing multiple viewings on one afternoon. Instead I had one or two individual viewings per week. Henry largely without any sales patter when prospective buyers were actually in the house. Sidney came and claimed she had never heard of Purple Bricks before. Had to move on and go elsewhere to sell my property.

She responded to emails, proposed a solution, checked and followed up with the tenant and the payment system. The before 9am on Saturday morning, the first day of her official holiday/time off she checked to ensure payment had been made, and cleared payment on the system for me. This resulted in me being able to meet my mortgage payment on time. Thank you Jasmine I really appreciate what you did for me.
6th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Beware! This company do not care about tenants or their welfare. They failed to settle their own dispute with the landlord, who then turned on me to recover her losses. They basically lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with the situation, chased a tidy profit out of a very ugly situation they caused in the first place. Don't be mislead by other positive reviews... They're probably all good if all goes well and their banking their commissions, but if there are any complications they'll leave you high 'n' dry. They're simply not a good company, and their contracts are worthless pieces of paper unless the clause is in their favour. This machiavellian organisation are a disgrace to their industry. They caused me untold stress and cost me a fortune. They should not be allowed to trade. I’d strongly advise you steer clear.

25th Sep 2024 (11 days ago)We purchased a bungalow that was being sold through cowing and payne, they were really good at chasing the seller and sorting out and issues that even our own solicitors didn't have success in getting fixed.- 21st Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)From start to finish the team at Temme were fantastic. The quality of the photos and sale advertisement were great and resulted in numerous viewings within a few days, the team worked with me as a busy working Mum to schedule viewings when convenient. The staff were professional throughout and helped me secure a quick sale, I trusted them thoroughly to guide me on accepting a strong and more importantly the right offer and buyer (as we were relying on the sale not falling through to reserve our new build property). There was no pressure for a quick sale and I didn’t feel forced into accepting an offer, they guided me through the process and their expertise was invaluable. They genuinely care for their clients. The sales progress team were amazing, by far more helpful than any Solicitor! They provided constant updates on the progress of the sale, gave clear instructions on anything I needed to action and were vital in maintaining communication between all parties and ensuring the sale progressed steadily and didn’t fall through. The team really were the glue that held everything together and I am so grateful for everything they did for us to be able to secure our first family home for our little boy. We truly couldn’t have done it without you Temme!

The person in charge of the current tenancy; Morgan Rooke, has been attentive to my instruction, needs and tenancy requirements. I have been using William H brown for a good few years and have two tenancies via them. I would say, hopefully it continues to provide the level of excellence they have done so this time.

23rd Sep 2024 (13 days ago)Was kept up to date on everything. Allan Seager at Noble handled everything! He was patient, since we had to wait for Probate to come through. Wasn't hassled at all in the wait for probate. Gave advice on solicitors, who to get to do an EPC etc. Unbelievable demand after 1 day going "live". Did all the visits and met the potential buyers to the house and showed them around etc. I didn't have to do anything. Regularly updated on line using Nobles Home sale progress website along with the buyers progress. The eventual buyer upped their original bid by £15000 to secure. Really happy and the fees for selling and the solicitors were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Noble for selling a house the Dagenham district.
