She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, which made it easy for us to make an offer on the property and the offer to be accepted the next day. As a relocation agent, I really appreciate this level of ease when negotiating deals - it's not always this way! I look forward to working with them again with future clients :)

In particular Ian is,without doubt, very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend using his company.
29th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)We were impressed by the photography and drone footage that Oakheart created to market the house. The sale took longer than expected, and the eventual price achieved was less than forecast. However we acknowledge that this was a property with potential, but requiring considerable modernistion, so would have appealed to a limited audience. Our 5* rating was in no small part due to Amy Lillistone, the Oakheart Sales Progressor, who did a brilliant job "chasing the chain" to ensure that completion was effected before the increase in stamp duty.

A great asset to the team. Knows her stuff and has been a great support throughout the process. I was worried about moving home and the stress it can cause, but this was pretty much stress free. Highly recommend
