21st Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)The team at Millers were helpful and prompt -- we would highly recommend them. They suggested a solicitor who, in turn, was also excellent. Millers were able to sell our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market with them.

And the process to get all the logistics sorted out was smooth and stress free. Would happily work with her again if given the chance!

It wasn't easy, but these guys made as easy as could be possible, keeping us in the loop all the way. For customer service Woodbury are TOPS ! We totally recommend them and we wish them every success for the future, they deserve it.

The staff went above and beyond to help us and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely, hard working team. We are over the moon with our purchase. Highly recommend this estate agents.
23rd Jan 2022 (3 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

Stephanie has been really proactive and responsive throughout the negotiation process. Everything you'd need from an estate agent. Update: Equally good at the next stage of the process. We had a difficult chain and Andrew was the most proactive of all the estate agents in the chain, very much my primary contact and really devoted to keeping things progressing and us updated. Another excellent service.

9th Feb 2025 (21 weeks ago)100% recommend Hammond and Smith. We had our house on the market with another local agent for eight months with hardly any viewings and no offers. We decided to try Hammond and Smith and their approach was fantastic. Beautiful pictures of the house, a great video tour, that they hosted and talked you through the house and local area, some drone footage. They went above and beyond. Our house had immediate viewings and sold for the asking price within 24hours. We can’t thank them enough. A lovely bunch of people who know their stuff.

He was non-pressurising, offered genuine advice, made the process personable and made me feel at ease during a stressful and new process for a first-time buyer such as myself! I felt looked after and in good hands, Jack was approachable and accessible to get further advice throughout the process. It is a shame that he was unable to complete the process on my exchange date as he was away (which is absolutely fair!). However, the agent who was sent in on the day of the exchanging of keys was evidently completely clueless. Overall, I would recommend this estate agency!
