26th Aug 2022 (2 years ago)A very Professional team that appear to know the market very well indeed. Very straight forward and tell you how it is with honesty and that was important to us . I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .

23rd Jan 2022 (3 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

Stephanie has been really proactive and responsive throughout the negotiation process. Everything you'd need from an estate agent. Update: Equally good at the next stage of the process. We had a difficult chain and Andrew was the most proactive of all the estate agents in the chain, very much my primary contact and really devoted to keeping things progressing and us updated. Another excellent service.

9th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)100% recommend Hammond and Smith. We had our house on the market with another local agent for eight months with hardly any viewings and no offers. We decided to try Hammond and Smith and their approach was fantastic. Beautiful pictures of the house, a great video tour, that they hosted and talked you through the house and local area, some drone footage. They went above and beyond. Our house had immediate viewings and sold for the asking price within 24hours. We can’t thank them enough. A lovely bunch of people who know their stuff.

We’d had our house up for sale for a while with another agency and struggled to sell, so needed a fresh approach and Daniel Frank delivered. They took great photos of the house to show it in its best light and Cameron, Frankie and Jaqueline were communicative, patient and helpful throughout. We found them a joy to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
