17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)All staff will at Douglas Allen group at epping were great! First spoke to Ian who was so kind, friendly and very helpful. He arranged a meeting with mortgage broker Roy who explained the process very well step by step. Then the viewing was very warm and welcoming. I'd also like to mention Adam who made the viewing very special and made me like the property even more. I may have forgotten some names but I promise you that I have had the nest experience. I eould recommend Douglas Allen group to anyone who needs to buy a house. I'm so grateful for the excellent and very professional service I have received!
16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)We had talked to Rocco about selling the empty bungalow that we inherited, but then a neighbour said that he wanted to buy it direct. Rocco called now and again to see how things were going. The neighbour messed us around for a year before we decided to call it a day and put it back on the market. We had a few agents come and look at and they all said that house prices had gone down and properties weren't moving. Then, while we were clearing out the property I got a call from Rocco asking how the sale was going. I told him that we were putting it back on the market and that we were at the property. Rocco came straight over to see us. Had a look around and said "Yeah, I can sell this". The next day I got a call from Rocco saying that he had a viewer. Over the next couple of weeks we had quite a few viewings, sometimes 2 a day, and one of those made an offer, which with the help of Rocco we negotiated and accepted. Throughout the sale process Rocco kept in touch with updates from the buyers, and he also helped liaise with our solicitors. I would definitely highly recommend Rocco and the team at William H Brown, Hoddesdon

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our purchase was a long and complicated one through no fault of ours or the seller however, the service offered by Steve at Lawlors was incredible. Steve ensured we were updated with every development in the long chain which was continually revealing issues, only delaying completion. He not only was keeping us updating but supported us fully throughout the purchase, guiding us and taking the initiative to resolve the problems arising. Steve ensured he was communicating with everyone involved in the chain which kept us reassured and encouraged us to hang on for as long as we did. At no point did we feel we couldn't reach Steve and he was prompt at returning calls if missed even if it was out of office hours. We have now thankfully completed the purchase and are grateful for the assistance we have received from Steve at Lawlors. Thank you Steve for your efforts and we look forward to keeping in touch.

Each department act on any issues that arise promptly efficiently and with professionalism. Henry’s experience in selling homes shone through and he was a pleasure to work with. Bronte was proactive in keeping me updated, was always reachable and helpful, and provided timely responses to my many queries.
23rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)In an industry which is among the five least trusted professions, Hamptons Canary Wharf, but specifically Jack, are raising the bar. I am completing my first home purchase and Jack took an honest selling approach from the beggining, understanding the type of property that I was after. While real estate promotions are usually generic, he highlighted this property to me knowing it checked a number of points while was also transparent on not selling too hard on properties which were outside budget/criteria, which resulted in greater trust. Further, I worked with Capital Private Finance where Avneet provided me with a number of options, while Paul and Kevin at Adams Kaye would periodically check in, pushed the seller's solicitors, and kept a good cadence of communication. Happy with the combined efforts, will look to re-use and recommend.

Wayne Foley and Brontë Sheridan are the people every business should want to hire because they are professional but more importantly (in my long winded selling case) proactive ! If it wasn’t for them, my selling process would still be dragging on for months. After dealing with another well-known brand where I constantly had to chase the agent myself, this was exactly the type of service that I needed, and at last my properties sold this week! Thank you guys !

Throughout the process they were exceptional in communication and understood all the processes. I felt everything was under control and their experience really came through. I was very impressed with the swift nature of their work and above all kindness and customer service I haven’t received anywhere from other letting agents, ever. These staff members in particular went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and I was very impressed. I hope the company can reward these individuals for displaying gold standard customer service. I will certainly recommend Elliott James Loughton. Annabel and Grace are experienced, have excellent communication skills, excellent telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills. It really meant a lot to me so I wanted to commend them on their skill and excellent work ethic - I found them to be customer first and efficient on their approach to everything and above all the pair are very hard working, kind individuals. Thank you again!
