15th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Aston first come to meet with me, and was very professional, arrived as and when stated. he arrived with a vast amount of knowledge and examples of other properties he had sold which were to be similar to mine. very easy to deal with, no hidden agender, took my house to market, sold it and found me something which was not on the market or advertised. highly recommend.
6th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Not helpful. Didn't want to show around the property. We put an offer to the estate agent and he refused to phone owner till mid week as he said he was busy.??? Very unprofessional and won't ever deal with. How anyone can say professional is beside me.!

4th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
16th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)The property Specialists no doubt comprises a team of outstanding professionals who are dedicated to seeing customers are happy and satisfied. Might be unfair to mention specific names as everyone appears to be onboard with the standards of the company. The process of renting a property through them is a fantastic experience. Communication is top notch and you can perceive synergy amongst the staff who are willing to provide answers to all questions till you are satisfied. I am so pleased with every aspect of dealing with them so far. They are highly recommended.

At a time when the housing market was not moving the team continued to make all efforts to sell our house. Joe has put in so much effort and nothing has been too much trouble for him. 18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Not had input with estate agents side of Connells, but rather the mortgage advisor Christopher Smith, whose knowledge of the market and mortgage products was invaluable, he helped guide us and updated us on any changes such as a new mortgage offer when the existing one pulled its product, Chris was professional, patient and kept us update on everything. Additionally it was advantages that he worked on Saturdays which is good to know if you work full time, Chris had a good rapport, non judgmental an ultimate professional in his field and an asset to Connells.

6th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I recently moved in to a new property, which I bought through Aspire residential. From start to finish the whole team were professional, informative and extremely helpful. I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. I’ve no doubt if you carry on doing what you’re doing, you’ll make a huge success of it. It’s been a pleasure dealing with you.
27th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

I bought a flat in 2020 and Brexit crises were making me worried, however, they were mentioned by a very close friend of mine and I feel really fortunate that I listened to him by signing up with ABC Gone. With in no time the rent started and never had any issues since then. Sigita has been really polite and helpful in day to day dealings and always have a solution to every problem I encountered. I take this opportunity to thank you for her services and ABC team especially Chris and Beth in maintenance department and look forward to carrying this business relation further with my next ventures... I highly recommend them

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. I recommend Michael Charles as he brought 2 families to view and we got an offer. He works incredibly hard for you. Thanks Balgores!

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were fortunate enough to find colubrid estate agents when we were looking to sell our home. Colubrid were an extremely accommodating company to deal with. Selling your house can be a very stressful experience but Colubrid were so good at taking away any unnecessary stress. We were given a very friendly and professional team of estate agents (Josh Morel and Tony Harper) and between them they ensured that any questions or queries we had were answered straight away. They were very good and communicating with us and finding out how we wanted our experience to be. They made sure that we felt listened to and valued as a customer and ensured that we were contacted only in the ways that we specified so that viewings and communication did not encroach too much on our family or work time. They are always friendly and accommodating whenever we speak to them and they are fast to resolve any queries or issues that may arise. We have had such a positive experience with this company and will be recommending them to friends and family and will most definitely be using them again in future if we need to.
