15th Feb 2024 (23 weeks ago)Aston first come to meet with me, and was very professional, arrived as and when stated. he arrived with a vast amount of knowledge and examples of other properties he had sold which were to be similar to mine. very easy to deal with, no hidden agender, took my house to market, sold it and found me something which was not on the market or advertised. highly recommend.

6th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)I recently moved in to a new property, which I bought through Aspire residential. From start to finish the whole team were professional, informative and extremely helpful. I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. I’ve no doubt if you carry on doing what you’re doing, you’ll make a huge success of it. It’s been a pleasure dealing with you.
27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

It's quite rare to find a company that provides satisfactory service these days, let alone an outstanding one. Well, they absolutely exceeded my expectations by a long shot! Firstly, everyone I dealt with in this business was friendly, helpful, and polite. I used them for what turned out to be a highly complex sale/purchase, and I genuinely believe that had I not used Stanton Hockett, I would never have moved. They were dedicated, kept in contact throughout, were always available to speak to, were honest throughout, and totally committed to working with all parties to ensure the whole process worked. All of these qualities were appreciated and welcomed, but for me, personally, it was the personal touch that they brought and knowing that they cared. I really cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put in for me. Special thanks to Bradley, Tina and Gavin, but know the whole team contributed, so thank you.

From start to finish they have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Selling through Bear was such an easy process, having tried to do it ourselves online, it was well worth it to go with Bear. The photos, listing and managing viewings for us, was amazing!! As for buying our new home, the team were all so patient with viewings, listening to what we wanted and answering all our questions. The communication has been second to none, Zoe has kept us in the loop and replies promptly to our emails/calls. She has guided us through the process and wow.. how she pulls together buyers, sellers, different solicitors etc is a true skill, Zoe has been incredible! Thank you so much to the whole team!
