The Overall Experience was good, before commencing tenancy got last minute issue with safety regulations, But William H Brown team get into that and help me to sort in quick turn around time, which was excellent from house owners point of view. Also they are professional and flexible. Want to say thanks to Jamie House and his team who helping me complete the whole process smoothly.

6th Jun 2025 (15 days ago)Andy & the team at Temme English was faultless. I’ve recently begin refurbishing homes and will certainly be using these guys again. Firstly I had Andy over to guide us of the local market and his knowledge of the area is unmatched to every other agent we had round, he knew the road and property inside out. He valued it at market price and took professional pictures and marketed it to a five star standard. You know what follows next we sold it within 24 hours! The aftercare that followed was the same level of service Andy showed, chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers etc we really had an amazing experience with Andy & the team. It really is no surprise they are the top selling estate agent within Wickford int he last 5 years now, a true gem of an office.

From start to finish, his professionalism and expertise made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly complimentary about our home and went above and beyond to ensure our buyers felt confident in their purchase. The open day was managed flawlessly, and Michael’s attention to detail truly set the experience apart. The after-sales support from Michael that we received was equally exceptional, reaffirming that we made the right choice by going with Beresfords—especially as they came highly recommended. Without a doubt, we will be returning to Michael for any future property transactions. A five-star experience all around! Thanks Michael!

The staff are professional, courteous & always deliver. A special mention to Rachel for conducting the check out process & report. It is genuinely worth the small fee to ensure a professional and evidence based approach to dealing with deposit returns. 5 stars!

They were also very proactive in chasing the solicitors and the buyers when we needed. Get Clarknewman to market your house, we wasted 10 months with the othet estate agents in Harlow. They sold in a matter of weeks.

After reading lots of reveiws about solicitors local to Chelmsford,I chose Leonard Gray. The Receptionist was very helpful and explained that the solicitor we needed to see was Sigourney Rutkowski and an appointment was made. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome and the atmosphere was friendly,but professional. Sigourney herself turned out to be and absolutely delightful young woman,friendly and personable. She explained the whole process to us very clearly and advised us as to the best course of action when we explained our various needs and wishes. Only a week later we received the new Wills through the post and at our next appointment these were reviewed and signed by us in front of the witness supplied by the solicitors. Sigourney made the whole process very easy for us,nothing was too much trouble and the service was quite exceptional. We would recommend Leonard Gray LLP Solicitors and particularly SIgourney,without a moment's hesitation. Should the need arise in the future,we would not hesitate to return.

We cannot express how helpful and friendly he was and everything he did for us to make this possible. Nothing was too much to ask, Richard replied quickly and was never frustrated with our thousands of questions. If the time ever came to move again we would surely use 1st call every time!

Was all nice at first then turned sent me a very abrupt email should learn how to treat elderly vulnerable people may be extra training

Made what should of been a very stressful process, simple and enjoyable. We will 100% be using them again and I strongly recommend any first time buyers like us to use Sam or Allannah. 29th Mar 2025 (12 weeks ago)We were impressed by the photography and drone footage that Oakheart created to market the house. The sale took longer than expected, and the eventual price achieved was less than forecast. However we acknowledge that this was a property with potential, but requiring considerable modernistion, so would have appealed to a limited audience. Our 5* rating was in no small part due to Amy Lillistone, the Oakheart Sales Progressor, who did a brilliant job "chasing the chain" to ensure that completion was effected before the increase in stamp duty.

We are far too early in the process to review in entirety, but I wanted to call out the photos that were taken of our apartment. James was forward thinking, took direction and ensured our flat looked the best it could. His experience is clear and the pictures turned out great. Extra star for taking a pic of our doggo and sending the pic over. Really lovely touch- thanks James.
