I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I have had the pleasure of Andrew helping and supporting me with my rental through riverside estates. I have never dealt with an estate agents like riverside, they are helpful and very supportive throughout the whole process, which isn’t always common in today’s climate, they care about their clients first. Andrew has been there every step of the way, even with my annoying continuous phone calls and emails, never a question being too small. I am grateful for all Andrew and riverside estates have done whilst moving into my first home.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

They kept in regular contact throughout the process and dealt with us and our buyers in a professional and straightforward way. Their marketing materials were significantly better than we saw from other agents. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

He has been fantastic from the very start and he has always gone above and beyond for us. Really friendly, helpful and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Communication with Rob or any of his colleagues at Nicholas Percival whether it was face to face, via the telephone or email has always been polite, knowledgable and in a very timely manner. We hope this will be our forever home, so won't require the services of Nicholas Percival but will be sure to recommend to any friends or family needing such services. Thanks again to the Nicholas Percival team.

1st Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)In terms of Estate Agents they really are only 'part-time' as they don't have the resources to do a good job. Not using Rightmove is a negative they need to address to be a serious contender, in addition to needing more than one estate agent. Photography needs attention to detail. Their floor plans were excellent and presented the property accurately. I would really like to see them up their game, as a local independent company, so they can compete on a level playing field with mainstream estate agents.
23rd Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Ivor has been a nightmare from the start. I would not advise anyone to use this estate agent. He ignores requests, has next to no customers, constantly pushes very aggressively to get a seller to drop and drop the price so he can earn commission quickly. He is very unprofessional and made many mistakes when listing that I had to inform him of time and again. My advice Avoid!

29th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)When I was looking for a colourist to grade my short film ‘IF IT WERE DONE’ my good friend Jim Page (an excellent and award winning editor) recommended Rebecca Goodeve and the team at Author Colour, so I gave her a call. I wasn’t disappointed. Rebecca is very friendly and approachable and helped me through the process to get my film looking just the way I wanted it to look. Author Colour has fantastic facilities in their dedicated grading suite and Rebecca was happy to take the time to show me different options and experiment. She also helped me source last minute vfx work from the Author Colour team, to remove a reflection which we had previously missed on the film, at very short notice. IF IT WERE DONE was recently accepted into the prestigious Oscar accredited LA Shorts International Film Festival, and I feel sure that the excellent colour grade was no small contributing factor. Thanks Rebecca!

I have used his services for my last 3 house moves and his knowledge and experience made each move as stress free as possible. Being local meant he managed to secure a buyer for our last house extremely quickly with his contacts and connections.

9th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Poor behaviour from this company, tried viewing a property only to be told i could view it only in two weeks time on a Saturday. This day obviously convenient for them to stack viewings on the same day and create a pressure bidding war enviroment for potential purchasers. Having no part of it.
