Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. Many thanks, Emma and Branocs Estate .- 4th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.
5th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

I had called on SEVERAL occasions over the course of 2 weeks being promised a call back on a property but the woman dealing with it was off sick !!!! . NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NO CALL BACK. AT ALL . When I eventually rang again for the 5th time chasing it , I was told the property was now LET . How very convenient and that that person had viewed it and taken it on .. funny as I wasn’t able to even view it apparently but this person obviously was .. ,shoddy as hell and completely biased and Unprofessional . Shady business dealing that ????

A special mention to Aimee for her persistence dealing with the solicitors, and help and guidance. Would 100 % recommend them.
1st Apr 2026 (15 days ago)What can I say, we used Ardents to sell our property, they were so professional, friendly and very patient from start to finish, as this sale took 5months and 20days, we all thought it would never happen, but Luke was always positive and communicated all the time, nothing was too much trouble, will be recommending Ardents to everyone, so if you have doubts on who to use then don’t hesitate, give Ardents a ring, Thankyou all for all your hard work, will miss our chats ?????? We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. Great service, comms and advice, highly recommended.

11th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)So far so good. Thought the agent was really honest about the market and what the house could achieve, so the agreed target price seemed realistic. Good quality pictures and marketing too. When an offer was received the agent did a good job negotiating on my behalf moving the buyer from a low initial offer up to my target price. Can’t ask for more than that. I chose them for local knowledge and average sale time which was significantly below some of their competitors. I received my offer within 3 weeks and achieved my target price, so very pleased with how the agent managed my property.
2nd Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)i actually used oakheart and they were by far the best agent ive used so far , its a shame i didnt use them from the start as i had to go through 2 others first. i would highly recommend them in my area very good knowledge and i would use again 100%

Really appreciate the kindness and patience throughout the process . I would 100% recommend this estate agent as it is rare to find excellent customer service

31st Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Fine & Co have been a pleasure to work with during what became a lengthy and torturous process. If it hadn’t been for the fabulous Rachele Winn the chain would have collapsed several times over. Rachele, alone, relentlessly kept in touch with all parties, chivvying and chasing up loose ends, liaising with incompetent online conveyancers and ensuring that all sales were completed. Her tenacity, professionalism and cheerful approach are second to none. Well done and thanks Rachele.

3rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)The entire team at Oakheart Sudbury office (Dan, Tommy, Freddie to name a few) were fantastic! Friendly, efficient and committed. Selling a property is stressful, the team and the online tools made the process as easy as possible, and this was invaluable. The sales progression team (Luke, India) were also great, efficient and very personable, which again was invaluable. I would certainly have no hesitation recommending Oakheart!

30th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
