Andy would always be available even out of hours. Would highly recommend this estate, they kept me positive about selling my property as they really understand the local market. They are independent, not part of a corporate chain and you really get a personal service. Five star service. Thank you guys

Nathaniel was great when we first got started with our sale, getting our house valued and getting viewings in - he always kept us updated and worked with us to market our property in the best way. Grant has also been absolutely incredible, he is so committed, kind and always went above and beyond to help get our sale over the line by keeping us and our buyer in the loop. We have also viewed houses with Leaders during our property search and it made us feel so confident knowing our viewings were being led by such keen and passionate agents. Thank you guys!

23rd Mar 2026 (23 days ago)I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. They are genuinely lovely people! Thank you both again for everything!

Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! From the beginning his calm and caring nature put my mum and I at ease in going ahead with selling our property. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions efficiently. He was always at the other end of the phone and we were very confident in letting him deal with the sale on our behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend him :)

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
