Isabelle Greaves the associate in charge of the sale was so helpful and enthusiastic and guiding us through the whole process including co-ordinating with our solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend Jackson-Stops of Sevenoaks.
24th Feb 2025 (16 weeks ago)I've not been party to their services but have been in communication with the owner of this business and their office in Ramsgate. They are unprofessional, quick to argue and do not seem to care for the communities that their tenants impact with their antisocial behaviour. If you need any more evidence of their lack of professionalism, look no further than their responses to other dissatisfactory reviews. Quite a shame.
18th May 2025 (30 days ago)Finn's Sandwich sales office has been excellent. This was a probate sale of an empty property, with the property requiring a lot of work. As we live some distance away, we the Executors have had to rely on Finn's completely and they have not disappointed. Charlotte Rich has been our point of contact and she has been so helpful, efficient and cheerful throughout, keeping us informed, reacting to queries and advising on electricians, plumbers, gardeners as appropriate. A difficult situation has been eased by her. We also feel that through Dane Fennell's advice we have received a fair price and that the Buyers will feel the same

Not only was she active at getting in touch with us she also helped us find our perfect property which wasn't even put online yet! Not forgetting the very quick email replies and the smooth process through it all! I cant thank you enough!

They treat the tenants and landlords with respect and are quick to respond to any issues. All the staff are well informed and a pleasure to deal with. They gave us lots of valuable advice throughout and were always readily available to discuss any issues that arose. We would have no hestitation in using them again.

18th May 2025 (30 days ago)We highly recommend Godwin Curtis. They have just sold two properties for us. Firstly my late fathers house in March from valuation to completion Jordan and David were kind, respectful and kept us informed during the sale on everything that was happening and really helped us making a very difficult journey more bearable as it was our family home for over 60 years so it was very emotional. Jordan found the perfect buyers. Jordan also sold our home last week and again from start to finish we were helped along the way, nothing was too much trouble and we could contact her anytime. We feel like old friends now Jordan was professional and efficient and so approachable that we didn't mind asking even the most trivial question. What could have been a very stressful time was made easier knowing Jordan was always there! Thank you Jordan, David and Godwin Curtis you've been brilliant and we highly recommend you!

21st Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)We would not reccommend Burnap and Abel in Dover. Booking viewings was straightforward and quick but when we decided to make an offer for one of their properties we were pressurised into speaking to their mortgage advisor. The mortgage advisor was not knowledgable and he insisted that in order to make an offer for a house we needed to have an appointment with him, disclose our financial information and receive his advice. He also insisted that we need a full mortgage offer from the bank and that an agreement in principle was not sufficient, which is, of course, incorrect. The bank confirmed that this was not possible and that they can only provide an agreement in principle in the initial stages of putting in an offer. Only once an offer has been agreed can buyers begin a formal mortgage application which takes around 2 weeks to get processed. Customers are free to make their own decisions regarding whether they want to use the estate agents' mortgage advisors and aggressive marketing techniques such as these give estate agents a bad name. In the end, we bought a house through another local estate agent who were kind, honest and professional.

He is very efficient, wastes no time, and has a great mix of professionalism and approachability. Carlo deservedly has the most 5-star Google reviews locally, and after conducting my own extensive interviews with several local estate agents, it was clear he stood out as the best choice.

All three were excellent throughout what turned out to be a rather tricky sale. We always felt they were working really hard for us and helped speed our sale through before the end of the stamp duty holiday, at a time when presumably everyone else was trying to do the same thing! We were very grateful for Daryl's clarity of thought and reassurances when we reached sticking points or had moments of uncertainty. Thank you again, we couldn't be happier in our new home!
