14th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Avoid avoid avoid Worse than useless. I Put my house on the market with them They showed it to people that were not looking for that type of property just out for the day. No feed back despite several requests for feedback, failed to utilize key features like the summer house in the garden with electric and insulation they said because its an outbuilding they can't utilize it as a selling point, also not showing up for viewings among lots more other failings. When the contract ended I spoke to Rikesh the agent in charge to confirm the end of contract and relisting elsewhere and was told yes it has ended he will push the button to end the listing and I could do what I like in terms of selling with another estate agents. We relisted elsewhere sold and a year later Connells demanded fees for the sale by way of a debt collection company this went on for approximately a year Connells in house complaints procedure is one sided and a joke it finally concluded with the ombudsmen deciding in my favour also stating Connells actions were inappropriate and I received a small compensation settlement so definitely AVOID THEM
3rd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Moving homes is a stressful, exhausting and emotional process. Or can be. With ea2 Wapping, they reduced the stress from Day1. Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
22nd Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

My interaction with Jennifer has been exceptional; she is the only individual at Home Finders who truly listens and demonstrates genuine qualification. Others I've encountered have caused stress and failed to meet the standard, leading me to question their suitability for the company. Home Finders should aim to recruit more professionals like Jennifer to ensure sustainability and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

5th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!
