25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)I'd like to say thanks to Bilal at douglas allen I was on the market for nearly 7 months with another agent and they couldn't sell my property and kept reducing the price , Bilal kept regular contact with me and explained he could sell my property instantly. When my contract came to an end I called bilal and he straight away booked me a valuation and within 2 weeks sold my property for over asking price this guy is a man of his words and loves his job because his attention to detail is amazing. I'm so excited to get the keys for my dream home all thanks to bilal I wish I came to douglas allen sooner.

We have had excellent service since 2015 at finding tenants, repairs and minor renovations, and dealing with checkout and security deposit issues. 9th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)We chose Petty Son and Prestwich to sell our house having first got to know them when they were the acting agent for the vendor of the same house four years previously. All I can say is that the whole team are superb. The sales team we worked with, Greg, Faye, Francesca, Catherine, Pamela, Dan worked tirelessly to ensure our beautiful home was pitched at the right price using the right strategy. Their knowledge of properties in the area is second to none and given we ended up moving to another house in the same area, their advice and recommendations during the whole process was invaluable. It was a fairly drawn out process given market conditions at the time, with lots of ups and downs, but we always knew Pettys were keeping us fully informed and looking out for us. The whole team were always available for a chat to discuss progress and pick us up when needed and we really appreciated that. Once the sale was agreed, Elaine and Janine in the sales coordinator team were also incredible. Not every estate agent has a sales coordinator team, but after our experience I wouldn’t choose an estate agent who doesn’t have one. Again they both worked tirelessly to ensure our sale (and purchase) were as smooth as possible, by helping the communication between all parties involved. In conclusion, we thoroughly recommend Pettys for anyone looking to sell in the area and would like to give a big thank you to the whole team.

Response time was fabulous and finally we got the lovely house. The whole renting process was easy to get through and upcoming questions are handled promptly and ready to be solved. 10th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Looks like Bairstow Eves Stratford office have literally vanished from face of the earth. I recently let my property via them and they are charging a considerable fees without any service as such. Last 2 months I am getting an incorrect amount from Countrywide but no response what so ever from Bairstow Eves. Really disappointed and pathetic experience and stuck with them.
1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Absolutely poor. Most of their listings are not even real, they were rented ages ago but still online so people can waste their time. The guy who answered my call sounded like he was 10 feet under water, couldn’t hear anything properly. If you look at most of their reviews, they’re from bot accounts with 1 review praising two of their supposed salesmen. Avoid!

From the initial first visit through to the advice and guidance re selling the property she has been terrific with an attention to detail and a sense of what we wanted when selling our much loved property. If you come to Foxtons then I would strongly recommend you deal with her when selling your property.

Rahman was taking very good care of us, prioritising our benefit throughout. I don't think I could have made such a great purchase of it wasn't for them. I am forever indebted
