They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. I asked for a quick sale and I am happy to say they found me a buyer who was able to complete the purchase in five weeks.
