9th May 2025 (7 days ago)I have used Kirby and Colletti for 4 house sales. They have excellent local knowledge which goes a long way to finding the correct buyer and realistic valuation. They always answer their phones and always get back to you which in a stressful situation is invaluable. I would most definitely recommend them and would most certainly use them again. A special mention in dispatches for Freddie and Charlotte

17th Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)I and my husband were interested in a ground-floor apartment with a garden listed by James Hayward and visited the property twice. We liked it and decided to make an offer—twice. Both times, our offer matched the asking rental price. However, the agent, never even sent us an offer form to complete. Despite our repeated offers, he informed us that the landlord had accepted another offer. This left us with the strong impression that our offer was never even presented to the landlord. Based on this experience, I also believe we were subjected to discrimination.

From the initial contact with Alex to James, Irum & Kezia seeing us through the various stages of the sale, it’s a very professional service. We went from agreeing the sale to exchange of contracts in a very quick time, in no small part to Kezia, Durden and Hunts’ sales progressor, who’s a real asset.
