21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

From my initial interaction with Richard Smith, who took the time to show us the house without rushing us, to the negotiations with Jay Jones, their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. The team’s responsiveness truly impressed me. Whether I had questions, needed additional information or wanted to schedule a revisit to the property, they were always quick to respond, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Additionally, Jay excelled in facilitating communication between us and the seller, ensuring everyone in the chain was kept informed. I was really impressed by Westley and his approach - he knows the local area well, does what he says he will and had a very realistic view on how to market my property and what I could expect for it. He kept in regular contact with me through the process and within a week had found a buyer who offered the amount I wanted. It was very smooth throughout. I felt that other (bigger) local agents who I also spoke to initially just wanted to give their spiel about how great they were and why they were better than the smaller agents - when in fact Morgan Alexander were a lot more positive about what they could do for me and actually take a very modern approach using social media to get more interest in their properties. Westley and everyone else in the team who I dealt with were professional and helpful throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling or buying in Hertford and beyond. Thank you for making a stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.

8th Oct 2024 (15 days ago)Andre Esty, has been absolutely brilliant with helping me find a suitable tenant within 5 days of the previous tenant moving out! In my 10 years as Landlord I have never had such quick success. Andre also helped me with finding cleaners, contractors and sent me lots of pictures of the works carried out. I am not based in London so this seamless and personal level of service was priceless. Andre, is professional, smart and really really happy. He is respectful and friendly. I hope I continue to work with Andre for years and wish him all the luck. He has really gone above and beyond and I have yet to find an estate agent as genuine and honest as Andre.
