The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

It is several years since Sarah-Jane and the team sold our house in days and we moved to our dream house in Cobham. Now 5yrs later I needed to sell my late parents house and again Sarah-jane, Doug and team were the first we called. Professional from start to finish, securing a lovely family as purchasers, collaborating as we worked through probate and today we completed overcoming all hurdles along the way. The team went above and beyond the typical service even helping us maintain the house, keeping it secure and providing great recommendations for house clearance and cleaning services. A*** and I could not have wished for better partners in the sale at such a difficult time

The staff were knowledgeable about the local market and I felt I could trust them to guide me through it. I was impressed by the speed of my sale. Whilst I think greater care and attention could have been given to the spelling and grammar on my property listing, they edited it promptly following my comments. Communication with me was clear and I felt informed throughout the process. I would recommend.

31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

He was very attentive to our property requirements and timely in bringing houses to our attention. 3rd Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

In what can be quite a stressful time, they really went above and beyond what we expected. They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and so helpful at every touchpoint we had with them. We were recommended to use their services through a friend and are so glad we went with them. They offer an experience like no other estate agents we've come across and we couldn't recommend them highly enough!!! Thank you both again. Hopefully we won't be moving again for a while but if/when we do we will be coming back to use Mint, 100%.
