Sarah was extremely professional, approachable and transparent, and helped to maintain excellent communications throughout the whole transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Batcheller Monkhouse, whether selling or buying.
31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

27th Nov 2025 (16 days ago)We have been dealing with numerous agents locally as we search for our next home most have been great but sadly that is not the experience we have had with Gascoinge & Pees I have enquired with this company several times and never heard back, when I have called, they have just been rude and standoffish so frankly at this point I give up trying to book a viewing as I would rather work with companies that seem to see us as an inconvenience.

A special mention to Tilly, who has been great throughout. She’s been a really helpful link between us and the seller, kept us updated, and always got back to us quickly. As first-time buyers we had quite a few questions, and she was always patient and clear in her answers. Overall, it’s been a smooth process and we really appreciate Tilly’s support. Would happily recommend.

Garry stood out from the competition with his knowledge of comparable sales, prevailing market and in demonstrating a sensitivity of approach. There was absolutely no hard sell. Valuation was sensible. In the end it was a challenging probate sale. Some of the challenges were within our control, most of them were not. I can honestly say that, without Curchods’ persistence, patience and constant pressure, we would never have got there. The team were simply outstanding and earned every cent of their fee. I’ve bought and sold many times over the years and this team were head and shoulders above everyone else.
