Marketing of the property was very professional and our views were taken on board. A full asking price offer was achieved very quickly. Although the chain eventually proved to be more complicated than initially anticipated, Sarah kiss In particular remained professional, diligent and persistent in maintaining progress on our behalf. Thank you to her and the whole team, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Another agent in the area had the property originally for a period of time and didnt get the results that the team at Connells have got. In 9 days they have managed to get an offer on the property. If your thinking of selling use Connells Fairford Leys.

Michael sold my house within 5 days! Both Michael and Charlie have been professional, friendly and have been there whenever I needed guidance and advice, they were always on the other end of the phone, and always got back to you promptly on email etc. Both have gone above and beyond with their help, advice and support. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
3rd Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)This is the second time I have used Chandler Garvey to market my commercial property in Old Amersham, supported directly by Joanna Kearvell, one of the Firm's Directors. Despite the challenging economic and market conditions, they managed to generate a flow of interest, culminating in a 10 year let with an excellent tenant. Joanna and team were proactive and professional throughout, managing viewings and negotiations with prospective tenants, all the time maintaining a high level of communication. Strongly recommend.
