28th Nov 2025 (18 days ago)I do not recollect contacting them as i moved out of Hemel, however they randomly sent an email in 2023 and then again in 2025 a random email by Rique who is their sales manager. I told Rique to remove my details from their system and although he confirmed he did, i still receive emails with the last one sent today. Under GDPR they shouldnt be holding my data. Considering they are addressing me with wrong name is clear that they dont care about GDPR. I would avoid based on their dishonesty about details being removed when in fact arent and emails are still sent!

She took the time to clearly explain every step of the mortgage process and made sure I understood all my options. Her guidance was proactive, reassuring and incredibly efficient, helping me secure the right mortgage quickly and with complete confidence. A truly superb service, I couldn’t have asked for better support.

3rd Dec 2025 (13 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I was chased for fees on a sale that they did not achieve — they neither secured a buyer nor successfully negotiated a completed transaction. Despite this, fee demands were still made, without providing clear contractual evidence or a transparent breakdown to justify the charges. Requests for documentation and explanation were repeatedly delayed or deflected, leaving me to chase basic information I should not have had to fight for. Overall, the process lacked transparency and fair communication. I would strongly advise other sellers to check contracts carefully and challenge any fees being pursued where no sale has been completed or delivered.

They are epitome of professionalism with special recognition going to Tanya who has been so incredibly helpful, her advice is invaluable & I ignore it at my peril! The whole team are outstanding. They are the best agents in Aylesbury because they're simply the best.

Sky Riddington has has been amazing, very professional and in general a very nice person. She has always replied to all my emails and questions without making me feel embarrassed or judged, which I would not say was my experience with some other letting agencies in Aylesbury. 5/5 would recommend Mortimers ????????

2nd Dec 2025 (14 days ago)A family friend recently went through an extremely disappointing and stressful property purchase with Leaders Bedford agency. Even as a cash buyer — where the process should have been simple and efficient — it became unnecessarily difficult at every stage. There was no transparency whatsoever around the Sales Memorandum, especially regarding what was actually included in the sale, such as fixtures and fittings. This lack of clarity caused repeated confusion and frustration. Communication from the branch was poor throughout, and in our experience, dealing with Callum only added to the stress rather than helping resolve issues. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into an emotionally draining and exhausting ordeal, and it’s not an experience we would ever want to repeat. Based on what we witnessed, we cannot recommend this agency.

The whole experience was very professionally handled, communication was great and everything was calmly and efficiently dealt with. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.
5th Sep 2025 (15 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using Woodholls Lettings Agency. My experience as a client has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. Over a tenancy lasting four years, not a single inspection was carried out — a basic part of property management that any competent agency should provide. Communication was virtually non-existent, and when rent payments were delayed for two months (despite the tenants having proof they had sent them to the agency), the money was eventually passed on in one bulk sum without explanation or accountability. Even more concerning, Woodholls have been operating despite showing as being in liquidation on Companies House since 2024. This raises serious questions about their credibility and the security of funds handled through them. To make matters worse, when passing the property on to a new agent, they dismissed legitimate concerns by saying that “nothing is ever enough for the client.” This attitude perfectly sums up their lack of professionalism and disregard for both landlords and tenants.
