In particular Sue was brilliant at progress-chasing and also reassuring us when there were delays. She kept us up to date more quickly than the agent selling our own house! Nothing was too much trouble. Lucky people if you're selling your house through her office.

7th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend both Willaims Estate agent but also in particular Aimee and Sarah. Thank you both and wishing you all the very best for the future sales!

We found everyone was very friendly, particularly Amy, who kept us up-to-date throughout the process and was always very communicable, honest and quick to respond to any queries.

The staff are all lovely, they responded quickly and efficiently to any of our requests and really made every effort to go above and beyond the duties of an estate agent. We had such a stress free purchase with them and I think that was down to their dedication & commitment to delivering a professional service to both vendor and purchaser. Their welcome back is a lovely thoughtful touch too, especially after a long day moving in, we were at least able to have a cup of tea!!

Couldn’t have completed and succeeded without their support .

Lillie sent us over this flat, which my partner and I ended up loving and wanted to rent, and she has been incredibly helpful throughout and the whole process, answering any questions we had and kept us updated throughout. She was so incredibly helpful and made the process a lot less scary for my partner and I who had no clue what we were doing! Such great service ! ????
