The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)I m very disappointed about Munyua and this agency . I was to see one house in Newbury Park , we was agreed about everything, we sign the precontract and we pay 1 weeks and after , when the people from the house he supposed to move they don’t wanted to move anymore. After one month and one week waiting.They tell us that they will give money back but surprises they give me back just from 600£ just 180 something like that. I don’t recommend ever this agency. And that Munyua is very arrogant
2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Chalk Street are brilliant fixed rate Estate Agent, the team have been professional and helpful throughout, from Jack at initial concept through to Mandy as progressor. I had a particularly difficult solicitor, but Mandy was on top of the sale and exchange from the start to the end and gave every assurance possible throughout. The communication was brilliant. I would definitely recommend Chalk Street because of this.

What struck me the most about the service was something that is extremely rare to find in estate agents; they operate with integrity, openness and honesty. I never felt like I was being over sold or manipulated; they gave me the truth, and I trusted them fully to negotiate on our behalf and find us the best deal. I’d recommend them in a heart beat, thanks again guys, stellar job

While I've utilized their services for buying, selling, and letting properties, their reliability and organization have steadily declined. In recent years, dealing with them has become a headache due to their lack of organization and reliability. I am eagerly awaiting the end of the current tenancy agreements for my properties, so I can avoid further frustrations with Foxtons.

Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++
