They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

As we are new to the area, we requested a recommendation for a surveyor and removal company, who were both excellent. We always appreciated their good communication, and Stuart Clarke attended an extended time second viewing for us at our request.

11th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)It should not have been this difficult to get my deposit back from my shared tenancy that was ended totally legitimately in the correct way. This was something that was made unnecessarily complicated. The experience of getting the deposit back and the suggestions of incoming tenants paying me directly caused so much unnecessary stress. It should never be this hard to get a deposit back and it should not take days to do so when you’ve been a legitimate and good tenant.

Mark Hall navigated us through a complex probate sale, and proved to be very effective and completely trustworthy. A man of his word, and an extremely effective and experienced negotiator who I would definitely recommend to any vendor.

They are a small family firm who are so friendly, helpful as well as efficient. I am sorry to leave them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)We were selling our house in Felixstowe but they were in Ipswich. Their salesman lived in Felixstowe so we assumed that he knew the market. They promised an open day that would be busy. It never happened and we ended up doing several viewing as they did not have staff available. We received no acceptable offers and cancelled at the end of the contract and went with a Felixstowe agent who not only knew the market but had clients looking for Felixstowe properties. Would not use Foxhall again.
