17th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)I contacted Abbots last year to inquire about their services though chose not to pursue them. Since then I have been repeatedly contacted month-to-month asking if I am interested in selling with them, or arranging a mortgage. Each time I have informed them that I am no longer selling my property and requested that they cease contacting me. The calls have continued ceaselessly. Take a hint—I'm just not that into you!

She is an excellent broker and made the whole process very easy to understand, and was always happy to answer questions. I would highly recommend Abbey to anyone in need of a great mortgage broker!

(40 reviews)19th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Upon moving in, the sofa, chairs, and bed were broken, I've been left without heat for two weeks in winter, and the agents themselves try to brush you off with promises things "will get fixed" and leave you hanging. There were also silverfish found in multiple rooms of the apartment. One agent who was supposed to fix my thermostat and heating was in the building but couldn't be bothered to wait for the lift so went back to the office and I was left with no contact as to where they were or what he was doing until I called over an hour later. Absolutely appalling.

23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

Always polite and friendly when I call,always happy to help and sort out any issues very promptly. I feel safe and supported in my rental property. Sadly it's gone very downhill! You tell them about a roof leak and they send a plumber ????. You have to call constantly to get things done and the landlord has no idea you're going through this!

Shane, Louise and team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I’ve never known estate agents (or anyone in the industry) to be so efficient and on the ball! They were always on hand to help with any little query and pushed the transaction along very nicely. Marks and Mann will always be the ones we turn to for estate agents in future! They have set the bar high and other estate agents could certainly learn a thing or two from them! I can’t thank them enough, highly recommend.

They are all so professional, courteous and you don't have to worry about anu=ything. Jamie and his team just make everything so simple and sort evrything that needs sorting. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Upon trying to find a home to rent with my partner, Potter’s consistently recommended properties to us and eventually, we found our wonderful home. I would particularly like to thank Donna for suggesting this property to us and being amazing throughout the whole process! Despite a few minor issues with our property, such as the toilet not fully flushing, these have been resolved within sooner than 24 hours, proving the team at Potter’s to be highly efficient and hard-working, all while being incredibly friendly and happy to help! Could not recommend a better estate agent!

After a few days I called again only to be told that a colleague had already shown the property to potential tenants, in the interim. I asked for an opportunity to view. Again, said he would call back. Again, I had to follow-up a few days later. Was informed landlord had accepted an offer and would not permit other viewings. Really unprofessional from this company.
20th Aug 2024 (20 days ago)I spoke with Vanessa in property management with regards to an issue with my key fobs and its been over 6 weeks and the matter is still outstanding. Vanessa was very rude and abrupt. It was the first time in 6 weeks asking for an update. I don't appreciate being spoken to like that. I have dealt with other colleagues in the branch and they were professional but Vanessa has unfortunately spoiled the reputation of the branch.
