Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

From the very first viewing to signing the contract, the entire renting process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. What really stood out to me was the speed and organisation everything moved forward without unnecessary delays, which made a huge difference. A special thank you to Buster, my assigned agent, who was absolutely fantastic throughout, I will give him 50 stars if that will be possible. This is how agents should work, a very nice and kind man still professional. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. His professionalism and friendly approach made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting service. 27th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)The lady who did the viewing did not show us around the property, barely said anything and acted as if us being there asking questions was an inconvenience. We were so relieved that we were not successful in renting that house so we don't have to have contact with this agency again. Appalling.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

A viewing by an interested purchaser the same day and another one due after the weekend! Regular updates & feedback. Highly recommended and so convenient.

I talked to quite a few Agents but found Attik to be forward thinking, time aware and modern in their working practices. The whole period of selling was an absolute pleasure, with Attik working very hard to make it easy for me. I was very pleasantly pleased. Accurate and good updates all through the process made it easy. From the very start to the final Completion day it was easy. We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
