26th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Right from the start, Becky saw something in our property that two other agents didn't, seeing the potential beyond the work that needed doing. As a result, she suggested marketing it at a far higher price than others suggested and whilst I was initially worried by this, she was right and ended up securing significantly more than if we had gone elsewhere. It certainly wasn't the most straightforward of sales but Becky and her team are so approachable and were always there to help resolve issues and to provide some much needed counselling when things didn't go to plan! To say Becky went above and beyond is an understatement and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Huntingfields to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Peter is a good communicator which helps to keep the sales process moving along. Peter keeps me informed of new properties coming to the market that may suit my clients. I have done a number of deals with Peter in the last couple of years and my clients have all been happy with the properties and the process. He has a thorough knowledge of the area and the market enabling me to have confidence in the properties that he offers me so that I do not waste mine or my clients time. They kept in regular contact throughout the process and dealt with us and our buyers in a professional and straightforward way. Their marketing materials were significantly better than we saw from other agents. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

14th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)I viewed a property at Harlesron which is on the rental market for £2000pm my daughter rang to arrange the viewing to be told they are only doing viewings over 1 days.... surely prospective tenants are shown around until the property is gone??!! However I rang and got an appointment. If I was the landlord, and being a landlord of several properties in the past, I would be horrified at the total lack of interest and knowledge that the young lady had. I totally understand COVID being in the housing business myself but there is certainly no excuse being told to show myself around the maze of the property and I would have expected her to know the basic like if there was a log burner, the boundary of the property, storage facilities and the amount of stables and despite her keep on saying she doesn’t know anything about horses I don’t think you need to know anything about horses but should certainly know what comes with the property. Certainly COVID does not restrict a member of staff walking the grounds showing a prospective purchaser around. I know if I was the landlord I would be totally dissatisfied with the level of service they are getting for their fee and I would certainly expect a better level of service from A prestigious company like Fine and Country! Let’s hope for the landlords sale that the property is taken by someone

At all times they were courteous and helpful, especially Courtney who dealt with our move with expert advice and very supportive attitude; especially given that we felt very inexperienced and so valued the team's help and advice all the more. We would most definitely be recommending William H Brown to anyone who was looking to buy or sell a property, and would personally like to thank them most sincerely for all their expertise and helpful patience.

Our Purchaser was also extremely happy with them too, and said they wished their own agent had been as helpful and efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the sales team and Purbecks.

1st Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)We have just purchased a property through Clarke & Simpson in Framlingham, specifically dealing with Oliver Johnson. We have been very proactive purchasers, pushing for as speedy a completion as possible, and Oliver has always been reachable by phone and/or email. He would always call us back as soon as possible if he was busy and communication was very good at all times of the day. Any requests we had for action, be it communication with the vendors or solicitors for example, were always carried out as soon as possible and we really felt that Oliver was working extremely diligently to ensure all parties were happy and the purchase went through as soon as possible. We have been really pleased with our dealings with Clarke & Simpson, Framlingham, and would highly recommend them.
21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I work on French carriage clocks and have bought many over the years for restoration. I just won one at LSK auctions. I do have to say that their level of service was impeccable. The clock was exactly as stated on the requested condition report. It was packed by LSK and sent using their courier service - APS. The packaging was excellent. LSK's staff were very professional and friendly. The clock was delivered within 5 days of me winning it and at a very fair courier price of £20.00. I just wish all auction houses were as responsive and professional as this one. I most certainly recommend them from my experience - thank you to all at LSK.

4th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We moved estate agents after our chain collapsed at Christmas. The Beccles team were great - very realistic, very aware and clear sighted, did an excellent job on the new marketing materials. Their communications and reachability were first class. "Unfortunately" a viewer from the previous agency reappeared and after a short bidding war with another previous viewer we have sold to them. I would recommend my previous agency with some reservations, but would recommend Your Move Beccles without reservation.
