28th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)If you’re selling in Thames Ditton, make sure you ask HJC for a valuation and advice. Reasonable fees and professional, attentive service from start to finish (including a bumpy middle caused by others)! They went way beyond the call of duty. Thanks to Jay, Karen, Tuesday and Melanie for a smooth move. I can’t recommend HJC highly enough.

Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

3rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Profit oriented only! They don’t care about any damage that can caused to people life’s. The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.
2nd Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. As a specialist in Customer Service processes I have found them fair, pro-active and professional. Jemma and Alia kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to all of my queries promptly. I would recommend the estate agent, Jemma and Alia without reservation.

27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

22nd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
