Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

2nd Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

He was there for us from the very beginning when we have seen the first property, listened our needs and helped us so much along the way. We have received excellent customer service as he was there for us for every phone call, questions we had, always polite and kind - so really top service. I cannot praise Luke highly enough as moving after many years is usually stressful but this one was super smooth! We have moved in today and absolutely love our new place :)

I had the "pleasure" of being in touch with several well-known agencies in the Surrey area during my search ang Grosvenor Surrey were clear outlier in terms of helpfulness and professionalism. Elizabeth was particularly helpful and made the entire process of finding and securing a flat effortless. I would highly recommend Grosvenor Surrey (and Elizabeth!) to anyone that's looking to move.

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

14th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I just bought my first house! and how fortunate I was to have had such an amazing experience. The stories I have heard from first time buyers left me apprehensive to enter an estate agency. But, after walking through Leatherhead high street and passing multiple agency I peered into the window of Cubitt & West. I was delighted to see how friendly the staff appeared. Immediately upon entering I was greeted with warm smiles and a good afternoon. A lady, very well dressed and professional introduced herself. What can I say the rest is history. We went through all my preferences, likes, dislikes and things I hadn't even considered. My details were collected, and I was added to their data base. A few days later I received a call from the same lady and was informed of a new build meeting my criteria. I had spent the entire previous week looking, and I was so exhausted. I was quite appreciative of both the call and how promptly it occurred. I scheduled a showing and fell in love with the home right away. Jayde was informative and knowledgeable. A nerve-racking offer was submitted and few days later accepted! The ball was rolling and Jayde from her first hello to her congratulation’s kept me update-to-date throughout the whole journey to purchasing my first home. He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

As a landlord using this company they do nothing to look after their landlords and only take interest in lining their pockets. They ignore any correspondence regarding anything that will effect their fees yet still continue to deduct the monies to them from the rent they collect, despite it not being due or earned to them. if you are a landlord AVOID Dear Chancellors - thank you for your suggestion of e mailing the Directors. The sad thing is that I did that before leaving the review to the very e mail address you have provided. Guess what - no reply. Its a shame you are so quick to give the impression you care on your google reviews rather than reply to your customers and resolve the issue.
