The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.
2nd Apr 2021 (4 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

Jess's knowledge, resssurance and guidance has been exceptional, answering all our questions promptly, having attention to all relevant details and keeping communication channels open and timely, throughout the purchase process. Jess has gone well over the usual standard of service to ensure both the seller of the property, and us as the buyers, have had everything we needed at all times. She has routinely gone the extra mile at every opportunity to keep things on track. We're so grateful to Jess, she understands it's more than a house, it's our future home and that's what makes her the best!

Tracy was excellent at communicating regularly with us and went out of her way to support us with things that were outside of her role. She made the process from marketing to sale as seamless as is possible. We would highly recommend Johnson & Jones.

I felt that they were honest and realistic about the process and sent clear instructions for referencing and documentation. We were fortunate to have Andrew representing us, as there were several moving parts to our move, and we're genuinely so grateful to have had him in our corner. Andrew's communication, ownership and technical knowledge of the buying and selling process make a huge difference in reducing the amount of stress which comes with moving house. The experience and skills of the whole JDW team should be commended, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Her communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her friendly demeanor mixed with a firm approach when handling the solicitors was the reason we managed to complete in just two months. I would highly recommend both Alice and Curchods in Esher!

1st May 2024 (1 year ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

15th Mar 2025 (16 weeks ago)We rented an apartment through this agency and encountered several issues that I feel should be noted. After moving in, I discovered mould and mildew on the bathroom ceiling that were not disclosed at the time of tenancy. When I raised these concerns, the owner explained that certain features, such as the shower over the bath, were not designed for regular use and declined to address the aged and peeling paint. At the end of the tenancy, I found that deductions were being made from my deposit to cover flooring replacement and cleaning costs, despite the property condition being within normal wear and tear. The inventory report appeared to exaggerate discrepancies between check?in and check?out conditions. Fortunately, my deposit was protected by the DPS, and I was able to obtain a full refund after submitting a statutory declaration. I have heard similar concerns from other tenants, particularly international renters, regarding disputes at tenancy end. I advise prospective tenants to thoroughly inspect any property before committing. While the agency may offer cost-effective solutions for some landlords, potential renters should be cautious and fully assess the property’s condition.
