Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Adele Nokes was the agent handling the sale. Adele was always available to help in a calm and professional manner until the sale was finalised. She was always our point of reference and responded quickly and courteously to my numerous emails many of which must have sometimes been very annoying. I would highly recommend the Martin Flashman Weybridge team for both rentals and sales.

Stuart found professional tenants and provided reliable management service at a reasonable fee for the last few months. He is on top of various deadlines for gas safety certificate etc and provides timely updates. Highly recommend.

She knows when to be around so we could ask questions and when to give a moment to chat. Even though we have brought a house, my partner and I both said if she wants to just show us round houses in her free time we would be free lol. Amazing service thank you Amanda.

15th Aug 2024 (27 days ago)Seymours worked with me recently to try to find a property as I am looking to downsize. The search is now on hold temporarily but their service was excellent. In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.
17th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend Bourne Estate Property Consultant - Luke Edney from Esher/Cobham branch - who assisted us with the rental journey since start of the year. He was there for us from the very beginning when we have seen the first property, listened our needs and helped us so much along the way. We have received excellent customer service as he was there for us for every phone call, questions we had, always polite and kind - so really top service. I cannot praise Luke highly enough as moving after many years is usually stressful but this one was super smooth! We have moved in today and absolutely love our new place :)

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
