23rd Jan 2025 (8 weeks ago)I don’t know why Bernard Marcus keeps calling me, I have no interest in selling or buying and have moved away from area, keep telling them every time they call, their phone calls are every week and I don’t need to, even after blocking they still have managed to pester me. STOP harrasing me!
14th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)We have just bought a flat in Epsom with the help of Matt Beakhust at Greenfield's. He was superb and he facilitated several visits to the property. He was open, honest and knowledgeable throughout and kept in regular contact with us. Cannot recommend enough, will use in the future.

Will and Joe ensured we were always updated with everything that was going on in that long chain we were involved in. From Day 1, they were super friendly, supportive and helpful and made sure we managed to move into our new home without any hiccups. A special shout-out to Joe who was resourceful and always had a Plan B or C for every situation and was a calming influence on us. 10/10 would recommend them eyes closed if you are buying or selling!

25th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)I have used Barnard Marcus, Sutton for the purchase of my first property. Being the first, I have a lot of questions and was totally unaware of the process. Wintana Araya (from Barnard Marcus) has come to my rescue and helped me immensely with explaining the entire process. She has patiently handled all my queries and cleared all the doubts. The good part is even if she was away, she used to get back to me at the earliest, which helps me in completing the entire process on time (which was the dire need for me). I would also like to mention Georgia Cowles, who has helped me a lot as well while Wintana was away on other appointments, etc. Thanks a lot Wintana, Georgia for your help!! I would really like to recommend Barnard Marcus for your property needs.

16th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is a addition to my previous review left 2 years ago. We have bought the property through Clarendons and I can not recommend them enaugh. Especially Jordan who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he did everything in order for our sale to be completed as soon as possible. Professional yet very friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with Clarendons, everyone was friendly and professional. I was very surprised when moved in to receive a welcome box with goodies inside. Never seen any other agencies doing that.

The whole experience was helped by their whole team and in particular, Nicola, who was amazing. I live in France and my mum in Ashtead so we needed help with getting documents signed and sent off. They constantly reassured myself and my mum throughout the process.

She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. Polite, courteous and pleasure of doing business with her, would highly recommend.
