8th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)AWFUL MANAGEMENT, I gave my property to address and they are as close to a scam as you can get. They give you maintenance work that needs to be done on the property and then when you go and do your own quote you find they are charging you 3 times the average price. Once you get your own contractor they avoid your emails and calls and after asking to leave due to this they want to charge you a crazy amount. Debra on the phone stated we have tenants that want to move in but now that youve asked to leave im gonna give them to someone elses house. Clear negligence and I will be taking further legal action.

1st Mar 2025 (7 weeks ago)They were very professional and always easy to contact I've sold a few properties and this was the best ,they did everything and I felt like I was their family/friend nothing was too much to ask would definitely use Atlas again .
18th Dec 2024 (17 weeks ago)No show to a viewing. I emailed them to complain about it and was ignored. Edit to the Belvoir response: I’m honoured to have finally be graced with a response. Of course you can’t see any cancelled viewings as my no-show viewing was in MAY 2024. I did email you sometime afterwards and never received any response either. You can keep assuring everyone that this never happened, however, another person who also turned up for the viewing was also never contacted. We both called you on 2 different numbers, we both received an automated reminder and the other viewer even called you the morning of the viewing and was told it was happening. She traveled some distance just for that viewing! I think I gave you more than enough opportunities to sort it out and you replying at the end of this year is now pointless and clearly serves to present yourselves in a good light before you ignore or upset more people in the new year. So no, I won’t be contacting you as I have enough to do before Christmas. I’m only relieved I didn’t rent anything through your agency.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

12th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)I traveled for three hours by train in one direction to Liverpool to see the flat. To my great disappointment, the flat was totally different from the pictures on Rightmove. The layout of the apartment was completely different, and instead of luxurious finishes, there were leaks under every window. This was one of my worst experiences dealing with an estate agency :(
