Leaders Estate Agents = Shocking. My property manager leaves the business (that is ok), but no one takes over management, I pay Leaders to manage my rental property, and no one is doing it. It is a scandal. Furthermore, my property required re-painting, Leaders recommended BC Decorators (from Leicester) BC then drip paint on my floorboards, my carpet, paint is bubbling, and Leaders do not care or attempt to resolve it with BC Decorators (photos attached). How is this good property management? My advice, go with another property management agent, do not choose Leaders (and never choose BC Decorators to paint your home!).... Read more

SHAMBLES. I pay crazy rent in a 'Luxury home' in the park. I have asked for support with the homes as plaster is falling from the roof, mould is growing & the council asked for a bannister to be added 10 months ago as the stairs are dangerous. All of these issues have been ignored aswell as 3-4 more that I've made clear over 10 months ago. They want to do 'inspections' on your home every 3 months but don't resolve any issue found on the inspection, it feels more like an invasion of privacy for the landlord. They also asked for the council to come around and have just completely ignored everything they asked to be resolved. AVOID... Read more

expensive, our restaurant was valued in 85k after full year only 2 buyers came forward and the 2nd came after we were suggested by them to reduce price to 25k. Business never sold we had to close in the end because of health reasons and not fit to work anymore and still have to pay £1500 for their bad service and threats with bailifs. I would ring to make changes to the ad and changes never happened just too bad.... Read more

Connor and his team at Anderson Briggs are fantastic at what they do , ive bought and sold many properties over the years, and i can honestly say the experience ive had is second to none.
