19th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)I had a vacant property in in oadby which I didn’t know what to do, I spoke to the lettings team , Umaar , Daniel and Jordon , were very helpful . They put my property on the market and conducted viewings and my property was let within 2 days which was amazing . They kept me updated throughout the way and made it very smooth for me. I would definitely recommend!

As someone who has been buying and selling property for over 40 years I can honestly say this is by far the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. We made an official complaint to the property Ombudsman and were awarded compensation, this says it all.

She regularly provided updates, chased solicitors and third parties for needed documents and made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. She really went above and beyond and I am grateful to her. I would recommend these to anyone.

Jan in particular is an extremely professional and knowledgeable lady, she returned telephone calls when asked, often within minutes and provided guidance throughout the process. She also provided me with details of a specialist service as I was having difficulty locating one. I also feel I need to mention Steve, what a great chap, professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise! I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. I would 100% recommend them for any sale or purchase. Thanks again Martin & Co!

So I took the risk and sure enough after a couple of weeks my house was sold at the asking price. The overall service was excellent, even my solicitor said that Reddingtons were a pleasure to deal with and even resolving issues caused by my seller’s agents. Special mention for ‘George’ the lady who was my main contact who was nothing short of brilliant.

We had a lot of issues with the estate agent we listed our old property with, but Sarah at Rezide was always there to offer her support and guidance to help overcome the issues we were faced with. Rezide Group demonstrated excellent knowledge and experience in the industry, and if we do make the decision to sell again, Rezide Group is going to be our first choice! 20th Mar 2025 (7 days ago)After a very long 9 weeks on the market with another company and 1 viewing , we contacted Rebecca . She took photos that day ..sent a drone for outdoor pics day after . We went live the next day . Had a viewing thr following day and sold to the same person . Fantastic communication from the very first contact . Literally contact was made within minutes of request online ..from the minute you sign up you are added to a whats app group with Rebecca herself and her other colleagues who keep you informed and answer any questions you have no matter the day . There is never a silence from them . Absolutely fantastic company and would recommend them to anyone . Fantastic work guys xxx
