3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)I’ve recently been dealing with Imogen Holmes regarding my mortgage application and what a pleasure it’s been so far.. I’m a first time buyer and it was really daunting until Imogen explained the whole process and made it so much easier.. She replied back to my emails really quick and was always there to help When I needed advice ???? She set up Teams meetings to explain everything which helped out massively, she was really prompt and precise and found me a mortgage I was happy with.. I can’t fault the effort she put in, acting professionally through out and doing her job absolutely spot on!! Thankyou so far you’ve been amazing ????

From the very first meeting we had with Jamie and James their confidence reassured us that selling our house and getting a very good price for it was totally achievable. They went on to deliver exactly what they promised, taking us from marketing photos to completion within three months. Communication was excellent, their advice invaluable and they led the viewing and offer process effectively. They were lovely to work with and the whole process was a pleasure.

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Amazing experience with this firm, Anne is amazing as well as all the other staff, very good communication, professional and helpful at all times, they care for the buyer as well as the vendors which is great, they also keep in touch regularly at each stage of the buying process, and contact solicitors etc. Fabulous from start to finish would highly recommend.

12th Mar 2024 (20 weeks ago)The local branch director was remote and almost impossible to contact. The sales girls were hopeless. For example, they got the name of one prospective byer wrong three times in emails, they arranged unaccompanied viewings without consulting us despite being told to email rather than phone for early morning rather than afternoon as specified by us and without checking the potential byers actual ability to make the purchase. When we had had enough of this pantomime I finally managed to speak to the director, although I had specified the communication should be by email, and reiterated our concerns with their service thus far to which he responded: "What do you want me to do" so I told him in no uncertain terms what I would like him to do.
