5th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)If it is possible to give zero stars I would. This is the most horrible letting agent I have ever come across. They aren’t straight forward,they give different informations at different times, and are all really horrible. They make renting a property very exhausting and draining. After waiting for two weeks they kept giving I and my friend opposite informations and trying to confuse us. Lying and not knowing how to do thier jobs properly. I have a whole lot to say but all I would say is run from them. Flee if you must they are a disaster and if you know you don’t want stress in your life then you should avoid them at all cost. I wish I did.

I was initially using a family member but the rates she got and the help she gave me to secure my dream home was too good to miss out on! 100% recommend if you need a mortgage and I will be coming back again to see her! 10/10
2nd Sep 2024 (11 days ago)I first used Hunters in 2020 to sell my home and back then they were excellent. 4 years later I instructed them to sell a rental property. All I can say is thanks Jack and team for a consistently brilliant service from valuation through to completion. Should also mention there is no better person than Tracy to manage the day to day in getting the sale over the line. Will not hesitate to use Hunters North Leeds again in the future.
7th Nov 2019 (4 years ago)Hogans would not do repairs in the property I was living in so I had to move they also had me redecorate the house from top to bottom as I got down to the last room I came off the ladder and fractured my ankle evan then they wanted me to finish the decoration evan tho I had painted 3 of the rooms on more than one occasion due to damp and mold they had also left me over Christmas holidays with no hot water or heating- 3rd Sep 2024 (10 days ago)I just bought my first house through william h brown. The whole way through they helped and guided me. The whole team was so lovely and always on the ball. Holly gave me regular phone calls keeping me updated and kept me at ease. Would highly reccomend

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

22nd Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have dealt with thomlinsons for nearly 13 years and have always found the staff to be friendly if I had any issues they were dealt with as soon as they could I have mostly dealt with Jane Bruce at wetherby what a lovely lady Jane is my emails and calls were always replied to as soon as possible I have not ever not had a response Jane is knowledgeable on all aspects of housing matters and is a kind caring lady I would not hesitate to use thomlinsons again
