I have always found them very responsive and professional. An issues are dealt with quickly and they do a great job of looking after our house and our tenant.
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)We had such a fantastic experience with Cornerstone. James and team went above and beyond to give the very best service. And when things got a bit complicated during our completion, James remained in contact on Friday and Saturday evenings to give the very next customer service. The bigger chains simply would not give that level of service. Highly recommend Cornerstone!!!!!

She answered any questions I had and showed me around a property that I instantly fell in love with. She got the process done in less than a week , after we were handed over to Ben and he was simply amazing. The smoothest process I have ever had, he answered every question we had and he made sure everything was laid out clearly for us. I can’t thank both of them enough for the amazing work they did in helping us secure a home. They are literally a gift sent from God and I am forever grateful

They are a pleasure to work with and always manage to find great tenants, usually in only a matter of days! I would recommend to any other landlord looking for someone to take care of you and your portfolio

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)I want to share my exit experience with Martin and co. My tenancy agreement came to an end so by mistake I paid my full month rent of 625 in advance. I have called their office two times and they said the concerned is not available and will be available in sometime and will arrange a call back which I never received. I have personally messaged the concerned person and call him too never got a call back till now. Please be aware there tone and customer experience changes it was different when you give them money and it is different when you leave the property.

3rd Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Really quick to come out and view my property. Gave me great advice about how to price, clear on fees and managed to get viewings and offers very quickly. Some communication issues at the start as the specific agent was on holiday and had to speak to whomever was available led to a slight delay in accepting an offer. But nevertheless still very good and would recommend.

14th Aug 2023 (11 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

15th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Between initial marketing and proceedable offer, the housing market experienced a turbulent time, due mainly to several B of E base rate interest rises and mortgage rate rises by lenders. This led to adjustments in the market taking place. Knowing how best to respond to changing market condition was a concern. Hunters were amazing in relation to professionally assessing the changing state of the market and gave sound advice and support in relation to strategy. The local Hunters team at Horsforth were always available to respond to my queries and were first class when communicating what was happening with viewings and associated feedback, especially in the latter stages of securing a proceedable offer. Having now sold two houses (12 years apart) with Hunters, I have no qualms in confidently recommending them as an excellent estate agent.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
