Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I deal with various agents all over the country incuding london where some agents dont even pick up phone or respond to e mails. Jeremy and his team are thorough, reliable and have a real sixth sense for what they do.

24th May 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

Moving house can be a stressful time, but throughout, Regan made the process stress free with his knowledge, friendly manner, and him regular keeping me up to date with the progress throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Regan which was so reassuring. I could not have expected any better interaction, and so I can truthfully highly recommend Regan as regards professionalism, and ensuring that any future clients can be assured of a five star service. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

26th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Satnam was superb and does what he says on the tin. Had a bad expierence with a poor agent in town and we ended up giving Lotus a go. Satnam and Elliott delivered, and now will be looking at giving our other flat in June.
