Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

Both were so kind and personable, and became part of our world for the time we took buying and selling with all the rollercoasters that came in between. I am very happy with where I am right know I appreciate all the help and support that I have been give by LaCasa I couldn’t be more happier I’m so excited and blessed to have such a lovely place I can call home I also have some lovely neighbours that are friendly living on my own is a very big step for me that I am proud of myself and how far I have come since moving in to my property I wanna say a massive Thank you to LaCasa I appreciate you

Sometimes agents are not very responsive or interested when things aren't working/going right for the tenant, but we have found Space Lettings to be responsive and good with the communication. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is really that I wonder if there could be even better out there, though I am yet to experience it.
24th Oct 2025 (17 days ago)Before we decided to market our property for the 4th time, I went online to read reviews of estate agents in Luton/Dunstable. Taylors caught my eye due to its positive reviews & so I chose them! From Day 1, Luke Barker has been nothing but a great help - from choosing how to sell our house (traditional or auctioning) to how best to advertise it. He was very understanding, patient & very informative. His positive demeanor every time we speak to him made us think we're truly in good hands. The rest of the team have been great in communicating with us through emails and calls re: viewings & feedbacks (thank you so much, Kayleigh Downes & Emily Darrall). They were constantly keeping us on the loop which was great. TAYLORS have honoured all our wishes and successfully managed to get us a buyer in just a month! In Luke's absence, Clive Cook (Manager) was proactive in doing some chasing which helped us complete the sale right on time. Leaving the keys in the office a few days ago was surreal. With lovely Emily receiving them, I felt the genuineness of her words and her smile...it just made that kinda sad (leaving our home after 16 years), kinda happy day, to be actually one of our proud and happiest day! I can truly conclude that in all the estate agents I dealt with for the past 5 years, TAYLORS undoubtedly has a great team, all working together! They know how to handle their clients professionally, so I'd say they are very well recommended. Thanks again, Luke, as well as everyone who made this sale a successful one! You are all amazing!!!

19th Dec 2024 (10 mo. ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
