After taking more than 5 months, i have nothing in my hands. My time and money spoiled due to unprofessional behaviours of staff. Never recommend anyone to use them. Totally disappointed

6th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)We contacted cousin to view a local property of interest. We arranged a viewing and respectfully completed the application form. We submitted the form and diligently followed up with phone calls and messages every other day for updates. We were informed that the application had been forwarded to the landlord, and we patiently awaited his decision for confirmation. Unfortunately, two weeks later, we were notified of an error on the form which was just an Excuse. We promptly rectified the error by refilling and resubmitting the form. Regrettably, we learned the following day that the property had been rented out. If you did not just say we will update you with an update and told us of the said error this could have been corrected 2 weeks ago to stand a chance in getting the property thanks again

2nd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

2nd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

5th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Stayed in Sun House for my masters year and my room was great, absolute steal for the price compared to a lot of rentals. Also very on the ball with maintenance issues, problems were usually dealt with the same day (sometimes within the hour). I recently had some post sent there by mistake by a family member and emailed the office, they were happy to forward it to me at no charge! Really appreciate it guys thank you!

18th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)I wa struggling to sell my property with another estate agents I wasn’t even getting viewers through the door Taylor at the Swinton office obviously had noticed this and personally posted a invitation through my door to see if they could help. I gave them a call Chris came to visit me explained by thr finish and standard of my house this should of sold by now I allowed them to market the property the house went on the market with hills on a Thursday by social media which was great they used videos and improved the pictures by the following Saturday Chris did a group viewing I received an offer well over the asking price which we accepted yes they sold the house within 3 days whereas it had been on the market with previous estate agent 6 weeks from start to finish couldn’t fault Chris, Taylor and the team
18th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)Worst housing company. Moved in to a disgusting house with maggots under the fridge and a horrible smell. Dryer broke after one use and the washing machine ended up breaking too. Apparently a check of the appliances was done (not likely). Also one housemate had to wait 3 months to get her bedroom blind repaired which was broken when we moved in. Horrible communication and scammed us with our deposit. Sending blank photos of ‘stains’ which were not there and claiming they could not load our photos we sent as proof we had left the house clean and tidy. Didn’t help filling in mouse holes as “they would make other holes anyway”. Just lazy. Do not go with MCR Move.

5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
