22nd May 2025 (24 days ago)I have used this Company as a Landlord. They are worst Agents I have ever dealt with.They never pick up the phone, never reply to emails, withold information and rent monies. Do not use them to let your property and do not rent via them.

Their professionalism, expertise and dedication to their clients are truly amazing. We have had a tough old time securing our forever home, and Rupert has helped us do that. 22nd Feb 2025 (16 weeks ago)Sarah, Leanne and all staff at Cranbrook were brilliant at sending round masses of viewings and persevering after offers were withdrawn. They gave us lots of valuable advice throughout and were always readily available to discuss any issues that arose. We would have no hestitation in using them again.

2nd Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)I recently came across an ad for a freehold property. When I contacted the agency to arrange a viewing, I spoke with Stacey, who seemed hesitant to book me in and asked some unusual questions. She also suggested I check train times and call back to reconfirm, even though I assured her there were no issues. We spoke twice, and she never mentioned any specific details about the property. However, she asked me twice about my budget and deposit, which I found strange. She also encouraged me, as a first-time buyer, to consult a mortgage advisor, which I did. Subsequently, I was bombarded with emails, texts, and voicemails to confirm my attendance at the viewing. On the day of the viewing, a different woman showed up and first took me to a property infested with termites, despite reassurances that the pest control was aware of the issue. Unsatisfied, I agreed to see another unit on a lower floor, which was in better condition. However, when discussing the costs, she mentioned a 'ground rent' fee, which confused me as I thought the property was freehold. She then admitted that it was actually leasehold, citing a 'glitch' on the internet. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional!

Supported myself and my partner the whole way through the process and got us the best deal for our mortgage.
31st May 2025 (15 days ago)Joe at Greenleaf has been to most friendly, efficient and committed house valuer and salesman. My late parent's house was sold very quickly and for above the asking price, Greenleaf handled all of the viewings as well as giving access to surveyors etc. Both Joe and Chris kept me informed on progress on at least a weekly basis (often more frequently) and their good humoured calls/e-mails kept me relaxed and confident that everything was being done. They understood that selling a house for my deceased parents was an emotional time, and did everything possible to make things as easy as possible. I would also say that using their recommended solicitors made the whole process much easier.

He and his colleagues provided calm and reassuring advice throughout the process, understanding that I was under some pressure to complete. I would certainly recommend them.

20th May 2025 (26 days ago)Typical estate agent. Do half a job to earn a living. Blame their customer illness for their incompetents. Don't know what's going on pretty much most of the time. Told by kieran & some regional manager, sale had been finalised on 2 different occasions, to then be told their solicitors are not ready. Avoid the truth at all costs. After sale care what is that! Would not recommend Acorn and estate agent (Kieran)

23rd May 2025 (23 days ago)Freeman & Gray Estate agents were recommended to us and we would highly recommend them to everyone. We have recently completed the sale of how house in Chatham and the service provided by these guys was nothing short of exceptional! Jason was our agent and helped us navigate our way through all the sale stages, from listing to offers, he was always on hand to answer questions. When we were unable to do viewings, the very lovely Caroline stepped in. She was absolutely fabulous at keeping us informed on how things went. Once we accepted an offer, Jason was great at keeping us up to date and following up with our buyers if things ever seeemed to go quiet. Throughout the whole process, we felt thoroughly supported and can't thank Jason, Caroline and Patricia enough for getting us to the completion.

31st May 2025 (15 days ago)MLM were recommended to me. Kevin dealt with my house sale. He is welcoming and available 24/7 and went out of his way to help me. I felt completely at ease from the start. He is non pushy and professional. There was a let down with the sale early on which was upsetting but Kevin helped build up my confidence and pick up the pieces and continue onward. Eventually all went well and as smooth as could be expected. I would definitely recommend MLM.
