From first contact through to completion, Esther and Matt guided us through the selling process and answered all our questions along the way. They always arrived on time for appointments and were extremely professional. The marketing of our house was beautiful done and from being on the market to selling took less than 3 weeks. So thankful for the support, communication and guidance of the Grey fox team.

Being able to leave keys so viewings could be done during the work day was incredibly helpful, as was the quick communication we received at every stage. When our first sale fell through, we thought we'd have a long wait for another buyer but Davina was on the case and secured another buyer quicker than we thought possible. Having bought and sold with Invicta now, I highly recommend them.

Excellent communication, efficient, enthusiastic and always willing to take our wishes into consideration. I would specifically like to thank Adam M for his patience, knowledge and kindness throughout this process. Will definitely be using Miles and Barr again.

1st Aug 2024 (12 weeks ago)I had a great experience of working with the team at Hawkesford. From the very beginning of the process in my meeting with Jon, everything was very clear and transpired as expected. Everyone I dealt with at Hawkesford James was extremely friendly and polite. I always felt like I could reach someone if I needed to and the team were pro-active in communicating with everyone involved in the process such as my buyer, solicitors and estate agents. Viewings of my property were handled extremely professionally with members of the team arriving in plenty of time before the viewing would take place and care was taken to ensure that everything was locked up before they left. I would not hesitate to use Hawkesford James again and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of the services they provide.

A special thanks to Donna for her assistance during the initial stages and to Isabelle for her support on the day of our viewing. From the initial booking to the 'offer accepted' stage, we are genuinely grateful for the kind, warm and professional service we've received so far. Having spoken to a few estate agents (booking viewings) who do not have the best customer service, I can most definitely appreciate a good service when experiencing one. For a process that’s already so exciting, it acts as the cherry on top.

4th Oct 2024 (19 days ago)Absolutely Top Class Service And Support!!!! Justine and her team sold our house within a few days of it hitting the market. We could not fault their support and help for us but also for our buyers (first time) who had some issues navigating the buying process. Justine gave support and a friendly listening ear when we became frustrated with the delays in the process, she also pursued and resolved issues with great tenacity, constantly keeping us updated on progress. We could not have asked for more. Medway Mortgage Shop has a great caring family vibe not like impersonal estate agents chains where you are passed from sales agent to a progressor who just passes messages to the other party. The cherry on the top of an already delicious cake. The cost, you get great personal service and support for a reasonable fixed price. Just shows you how much large chains are ripping you off with their percentage of sale price cost. Finally we would like to finish the review with a massive THANK YOU to Justine and team, for all your help and support towards our new life adventure.

We found everyone involved to be fantastic from start to finish, from Russell, Chloe, Katya (viewings were seamless) and Sarah who regularly picked up the baton. Leanne in particular, went above and beyond in seamlessly coordinating it all and our exchange process, always sensitive to our personal circumstances and timelines. We fully recommend them and would use them again. Thank you all!

Audrey explained everything in great detail and put our minds at ease. She was always happy to answer any questions we had. After we received our mortgage offer, Audrey kept us informed whenever interest rates dropped, helping us secure a new offer at a lower rate. I have never dealt with a company that was so quick to respond to emails. Both Lisa and Audrey were extremely efficient, responding to the majority of emails within 30 minutes. I highly recommend Medway Mortgage Shop to anyone looking for mortgage advice. We will absolutely be using them for our future mortgage needs!

8th Oct 2024 (15 days ago)Second time of appointing Freeman and Gray to sell a house for me and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. A quick sale sale was required and Jason found me the perfect buyer and negotiated an acceptable price and the sale completed in record time. What I particularly liked was that they do not try to lock you in to a lengthy contract like nearly all other agents do. Would definitely use them again in the future.
16th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)As a seller, initially things were fine. However, as soon as an offer was put in and accepted by us, the experience with Expose turned quite sour. We continually felt that Expose were working for the buyer and representing their interests at all times and not representing the seller at all. Communication was particularly poor. I had to continually chase for information which should have been passed to me as a matter of course. We allowed Third party surveys to be carried out by the buyers. Very little feedback was obtained from these and on one occasion an illegal gas disconnection was performed without informing us-the property owners! A hugely disappointing experience. Even the final completion process was cocked up and yet again no communication from Expose. Avoid!
