The service was excellent from start to finish, with clear communication and regular updates throughout the entire process. 20th Jan 2026 (20 days ago)My husband and I used Estate Agents, Hawksford James in Sittingbourne to sell our house, which was also in Sittingbourne. We found all the staff that we had met helpful and polite. The staff, with whom we mainly had contact with, were Angela and Lee. Both of these ladies were courteous, thoughtful and helpful throughout all of the time we were attempting to sell our house. Although they sent quite a few potential buyers to see our house, it was quite a while before it was actually sold. A lot of the prospective buyers seemed to like the property, but it wasn't quite right for them. However, although I was feeling a little frustrated that the property was not selling, the ladies were encouraging, and were confident it would happen eventually. They were supportive and kept us informed all of the time about their endeavours to bring viewers in to look round the property. When my husband and I telephoned them or visited their office, both were very helpful and reassuring. After a while the house was sold, and we found our new ideal home . We would not hesitate to use them again, should we decide to move anymore. The best Estate Agents we have ever had in four house moves! We would recommend them without any doubt. I was shown various properties with the requirements needed and a viewing was completed to ascertain what to expect from ours. The staff showed great local knowledge & were genuinely interested in our wants & needs and we were dealt with in a very patient way as any move was forced upon us due to circumstances. Thank you.

Special shout out to Rory and Laura. Rory was knowledgeable, positive, approachable and clearly knew his clients at a personable level. Laura was patient at progessing the sale, it took a while for solicitors to manage the selling and buying processes but we got there in the end and Laura kept moving the sale along. Really appreciated everyone’s help. Thanks so much, Chris.

They are an extremely professional estate agent and I have always felt confident in their ability to deliver a first class service. They are friendly, supportive and communicate on a regular basis without having to chase for updates on the progress of a sale. Any questions or information requested is dealt with immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will always call on them if I need the services of a reputable estate agent in the future.

28th Nov 2025 (10 weeks ago)We recently bought a home which was listed by Bhoday. Gosh I wish I had the words to describe the eliteness of the whole experience with them. Victoria and Justin really set themselves apart from the usual chain estate agencies. They are caring, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and just all round lovely people to deal with. Besides supporting us in purchasing their client’s property, they provided us so much guidance and referrals to services we needed to get our own property’s sale over the line. They were light years better than who we had listed our property with!!! (We regrettably did not know of Bhoday until after we signed a contract elsewhere). If anyone asks who we recommend to help them sell, it’s definitely Bhoday and will always be!! Thank you Victoria and Justin for everything you have done for us and our little family ??
