What an experience from start to finish.....from the initial meeting through to the final sales closure of our property I don't think you could find a more diligent, professional and caring service Liz and Nicola provided sound advice time after time and clearly understood our requirements from the beginning Not only did they sell our house in a record time of 8 weeks from advertisement to completion they also exceeded our expectations in the calibre of buyers they bought to the table and the price we managed to achieve Having sold houses previously I would simply say that their knowledge , service and expertise in what they do is second to none They are a great team and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone selling their property

We also got sound mortgage advice from Nidhi. The Solicitors ASL were also open for communication. Your Move really made us feel like their only clients. Amazing Service.

It was an extremely complicated sale taking many months to complete which Ross managed in a professional and dedicated manner at all times. He went above and beyond to get our business sold right from the beginning with the presentation of our property and his continued professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with him and all the team at Lanes and Homes and we can highly recommend all the team at Lanes and Homes to put your property first to get the results you need. I will be forever thankful for having someone I could contact to discuss and implement all that was required to get our business sold. I can throughly recommend and am so impressed with the very thorough service we received selling our family business through this company. I am one very happy lady looking forward to a fantastic retirement with my husband doing all the things we have put in hold across the years. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and worked tirelessly to secure us a great mortgage deal. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We’re truly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage advice. Excellent service all around!
27th May 2025 (20 days ago)I originally had an offer accepted on another property, but decided to enquire about one I really liked through Home Estate Agents. Two weeks later, I got a call to say it was now within my price range. I viewed it that same day, and by the next morning, my offer was accepted! Huge thanks to Ash and Rob, who were absolutely brilliant throughout. As a first-time buyer, the process can be quite daunting, but they kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I genuinely can’t fault the service, super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend

31st May 2025 (16 days ago)I have had a superb experience from Cooper Wallace from the initial visit by Rob Goodman. This was the sale of my late Mother's house and Rob went above and beyond dealing with the Solicitor handling Mum's estate. Rob, Ben and Charlie were all excellent at showing potential buyers around the property and kept me informed at all times. Multiple viewings literally over 2-3 days generated so many offers and the entire process went like clockwork end to end. Thanks also to Jemma who kept in touch with our property solicitor and the buyer's solicitor and provided me with regular updates. Communications, professionalism and overall customer service has been fantastic and I have truly been impressed. Thank you to the entire team at Cooper Wallace. You have alleviated a lot of stress regarding the house sale throughout what has been a difficult time of bereavement.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

13th Jun 2025 (3 days ago)Waldens provided an ok service when I was selling my home in Kempston. They marketed it well, and advertised it properly with some great photos, which I feel sold it. The house sold quickly, at the price I wanted to sell it for. There was no messing around, and I found the staff professional at all times. I can say that they kept me informed of what was going on, and how the sale was progressing. What was not so good, was when I asked them to do something, it didn’t happen in a timely way, which I found a little frustrating. I feel that may be there wasn’t quite as good a communication going on in the team, as there could have been? This said, I would definitely use them again, as, at the end of the day, you just want your property dealt with, with the respect it deserves, and sold for the price you want to sell it for, which is what they did. Thank you very much.

James appraised our property and it was £25k more than other local estate agency, he was friendly, easy going, very knowledgeable and professional. Never pressured to put our house on the market and waited until we were ready. Alanya showed our house to very first and very last buyers! Our house was sold being on the market for an hour! She arranged the viewing while the brochure was made! She was very polite and professional, really helpful and easy going. There was what’s app group set up between us and estate agency, so all our enquiries where answered within an hour, was so easy to communicate and Gary was extremely proactive in answering all questions, very knowledgeable and helpful. On top of that we had online account to view our sale progress. 11 weeks in we exchanged contracts. Was quick sufficient and stress free. Honestly, we cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!

We were so impressed at how calm, thoughtful and professional Louise was; she knew the answers to any questions we had, and importantly, let us look around the house without being hounded! We wanted that for the people viewing our property, so we engaged Artistry to sell ours. Barney leads a team of brilliant people who represent the company wonderfully. His communication was spot-on throughout the whole process; providing us with clear, concise information and sound advice when required. The whole team is fantastic. We don't intend on moving again, but if we did, we'd go straight to Artistry, without hesitation!
