30th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

Tracey took some photos that really sold the house and having an arial photo was a great as it showed land that otherwise wasn't clear to potential buyers. Can't fault the team with the service. Thank you.

Helen was excellent and worked so hard for us. From the initial valuation to the very end , the team were professional and the valuation was accurate. The photographs of our property were accurate and beautiful. I would highly recommend this estate agency if you are thinking of selling in North Tyneside.
