29th Feb 2024 (21 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

19th May 2021 (3 years ago)I am completely overwhelmed with gratitude when I think about our experience working with Savills, and in particular, Natalie Howlett-Clarke. A challenging, lengthy process was managed with utter professionalism, patience and complete honesty. Natalie went above and beyond in her assistance not just with the purchase that she was managing but with advice regarding our 'no agent' sale. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and clearly brings all of her skills and experience to work every single day. If ever I want to move again (not likely, as the house she found us is AMAZING), I literally won't call anyone else. A completely charming consummate expert and a true credit to her profession.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Money Properties were actually my sellers agent, but as their service was so good (Tracey in particular) I thought it worthwhile to write a review. From first contact all the way through to completion, Tracey worked hard for me to enable my dream of buying my house very close to my elderly parents. She was professional and always friendly and approachable in what was a relatively quick buying process but with quite a long chain behind me so was quote stressful. She always ensured I was kept in the loop and really pushed hard to get to exchange and completion with a short deadline. I can't recommend her and Money Properties enough and should I ever look to be selling my house in Wymondham or if anyone asks me who to recommend, it will be them.

We had lots of viewings very quickly after listing which (at our request) were all handled by Iconic. The team are all extremely professional, great with their communication and responsive to questions, queries and requests. I would certainly be looking to use them in the future!

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)Appalling. Wish we had not signed a sole agent contract! - Left the house unlocked and unattended after a viewing with lights on and candles burning. They have said they tried to contact me, which they did, and I informed them i was on my way home, only for them to have left anyway. - Agents do not take the time to view the property before showing. Left it until a short time before the first showing...go figure if a viewer turns up shortly after them - Do not provide (adequate) weekend cover - only one agent working until lunchtime on a Saturday to facilitate viewings - They have said they have someone working, which i'm sure they do, however they were never available when booking viewings in. - Do not let you know when people cancel viewings - this is a wider issue of them booking viewings outside of office hours and not ensuring there is the ability for someone to let you know they have cancelled. - Book out of office hours with no contact method for viewer/Vendor - as above - 4 missed calls, a text message and 2 emails for a next day viewing for people who had not even had their house valued - this was all within about 20mins, do not be fooled by their reply - Unable to adequately screen viewers and describe location of property accurately - more than 50% of people didn't know where the house was in relation to local shops etc so not sure how this can be considered accurate. - Will do everything possible not to have to show someone round themselves - it was only after i protested that they began offering to undertake viewings, otherwise they never had anyone free before then. We have experienced a catalogue of poor experiences with this branch that demonstrate gross incompetence and unprofessionalism. The event where the sales rep was asked to leave was following the barrage and rush of contact to book in a viewing, i then found out the viewer had not even had their property valued. They will not think twice about wasting your time, but are a lot more precious about their own. Please think twice before using.

22nd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)We have just completed the sale of a property using Money Properties (Attleborough) and were extremely pleased with their service from start to finish. Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
