I'd like to especially thank Theo who worked diligently throughout the process to keep me informed and answer any questions I had. I got responses almost instantly and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness he showed throughout the process, as it was a first time purchase. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was complete in a matter of weeks due to brown & co's help.

20th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

12th May 2025 (11 days ago)WHAT A SHOWER If you are a landlord looking for an agent, think long and hard before appointing Leaders in Norwich, no one is familiar with the legitimate action of changing Beneficial Interest by way of a Deed of Assignment!! they paid my rental income into a wrong account placing an incorrect tax liability, they then said I had to pay the money back which I did, to date they have failed to repay into the correct account, total shambles!!!! They have been messing about with this issue since start of April, HMRC requires notification of such arrangements within 60 days!! Managers, SAM and Nicholas don’t bother to get back to you!! Well eventually after some chasing, i spoke to Nicholas on the Friday who promised that I would have information / resolution on Monday, now 15:30 guess what! I reckon Nicholas was telling porkies!! Oh and incidentally they still owe me my rental income which apparently HAS BEEN LOST!!!! WHAT A SHAMBOLIC SHOWER!!!!

She gave regular updates and was a a great source of information and support. George did the valuation and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Sowerby’s have a brilliant team and I cannot praise them or thank them enough.
30th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Websters are an outstanding estate agent. Communication was brilliant throughout a frustrating chain, and they went above and beyond to get us in our dream house. We will be forever grateful. Particular thanks to Chris and his phenomenal communication, Toby for showing us the property (3 times!) and Alex for his after hours calls to pass our offer on. Cannot rate these guys highly enough!

24th Feb 2025 (13 weeks ago)We have used Iconic Estate Agents on several occasions now in order to market our rental properties, Gary and the team deal with all the marketing of the properties, deal with the viewings, reference and credit checks and produce the contracts and take care of the desposit as well as handing over of the keys to the new tenant . We have always found Gary and his team most helpful. Gary communicates with us and always provides a prompt and professional service. We would highly recommend using Iconic Estate Agents.

1st Mar 2025 (12 weeks ago)Watsons were very patient with us in the early stages when we were thnking of selling. They came twice to give us advice on what needed prioritising to make house ssle worthy. We then had a difficult time (not Watsons fault). The house we wanted came off the market, but we eventually found something else. Our house sale was delayed because of poor solicitors lower in chain. At all stages Watsons were friendly and helpful. Also it didn't matter if one agent was away, someone else would always get back to you. As I say the actual move was very stressful because of other parties. Watsons allowed me to rant and vent. They responded in a professional manner to me. If we moved again, we would use them. They might not be the cheapest but they care about the sale etc I think that about covers it.
23rd Dec 2021 (3 years ago)I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast. My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc. I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.
29th Apr 2025 (24 days ago)What a lovely 'people focussed' team. They listen and do their best to help you find what you are looking for. Visit them, you will get a warm welcome and they respond to your needs. Stobart and Hurrell are a rare find. You won't get pestered with properties you dont want because they see people or couples as individuals with individual needs . Try them you won't be disappointed.
11th May 2025 (12 days ago)Their sales pitch to us about the service they would give was untrue, what they would do to promote our property was untrue, total lack of activity, their description of our property was totally lack lustre so we had to rewrite it highlight the features, photos had to be retaken, no feedback unless we asked for it, no suggestions on how to improve potential buyer interest, NO VIEWINGS during the whole contract period.

Very professional and knowledgeable,he got us more than the advertised price of the property, without any pressure at all. In every aspect from start to finish of the sale, he easily got a 10 out of 10 from us, a really easy guy to work with.

From the initial drop in to discuss the thought of selling, to the valuation visit, photo and video shoot, received offer updates and final figure negotiations through to handing in the keys to enable the sale to complete and the new owners move in, all the staff have been friendly, helpful and supportive. You felt you got a personal but also professional experience. If thinking of selling a property in the Norwich area would highly recommend.
