24th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Defensive, uncooperative and plain rude in some cases. Not to mention charging excessive amounts for admin fees most agencies wouldn’t come close to. Please avoid especially if you are a tenant. Unsurprisingly most of their 5 star reviews look fake.

9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)As a leaseholder be prepared for a ridiculous service charge statement with unfair charged (included items which do no exist within the property). No resolution will ever be made as property managers leave every couple months (there will be no contact). Complaints will not be dealt with as again they can not retain staff. Overall the worst company I’ve dealt with.

3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Used Mischa and Co to sell a house, and subsequently buy/sell a flat to my brother. George handled all the transactions. Was super helpful from start to finish. Went way over and beyond in a number of instances, Inc to organise the right solicitors for us. Communication was regular, clear and concise. Highly recommend. Would only use the this firm in fiture for any property matters. Thanks so much for all your help and making this less stressful. Truly appreciated

They're trustworthy and with good intentions. Communication has never been an issue. They're open and transparent, and have enabled me to help more landlords take care of their homes, and more tenants to have their basic kitchen essentials provided for them at a high standard. 11/10.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

He is very professional and right from the offer till the completion (which took around 3 months), he was acting as a bridge between me and the seller, ensuring to resolve all the queries, conflicts and making this happen. At every stage he ensures to be very open and makes sure that we are happy in buying the property. He is very unique, so be very open with him on your needs, concerns, queries and he will help you through the entire process.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
