5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Jo Godfray showed me kindness. She went out of her way to pick me up from Waitrose in Ealing and drove me to the property for the viewing. She was personable and warm in her approach for which I was immensely grateful. She showed me around the property explaining minute details. Although I did not make an offer on that particular property I enjoyed meeting her and the viewing, After informing her that my son was interested in residing close to the Elizabeth line, she drove me around the back streets of the area to point out the location of the tube station and also a quiet park in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend Jo and also Gibbs Gillespie as a company. She sent me a lovely email this afternoon wishing my son and I well for securing the apartment in a lively neighbourhood. 5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We recently appointed Hamptons as the sales agent to sell our house in third avenue, w10. The process was led on Hamptons side by Ryan Openshaw who did a highly professional job in managing the process from end to end. Ryan was able to generate significant interest on the property and despite dealing with challenging access terms by our tenant he managed the prospective buyers very well to avoid any dips in interest. Throughout the process going into offer, then exchange and finally completion we were kept very well informed as the sellers despite being located permanently in Asia. I would highly recommend Hamptons and specifically Ryan to anyone wishing to sell their property in the area.

Henry and Leha patiently kept us updated regularly , and bent over backs wards to keep us informed . I found Leha a very convincing, hardworking and professional lady . 3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself. Would definitely recommend!

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

I know short term lets are hard to come by in this area and are traditionally expensive. However, Juliano has secured a competitively priced flat in our desired location at Luminosity Court, West Ealing.
