He always had time to explain what was happening and was brilliant at keeping us updated and even helped to push it through to exchange. Without Wayne we would have been completely lost we cannot thank and recommend Wayne enough.
14th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Avoid avoid avoid Worse than useless. I Put my house on the market with them They showed it to people that were not looking for that type of property just out for the day. No feed back despite several requests for feedback, failed to utilize key features like the summer house in the garden with electric and insulation they said because its an outbuilding they can't utilize it as a selling point, also not showing up for viewings among lots more other failings. When the contract ended I spoke to Rikesh the agent in charge to confirm the end of contract and relisting elsewhere and was told yes it has ended he will push the button to end the listing and I could do what I like in terms of selling with another estate agents. We relisted elsewhere sold and a year later Connells demanded fees for the sale by way of a debt collection company this went on for approximately a year Connells in house complaints procedure is one sided and a joke it finally concluded with the ombudsmen deciding in my favour also stating Connells actions were inappropriate and I received a small compensation settlement so definitely AVOID THEM

Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.

24th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

24th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)If there is such a thing as a dream estate agent concept, it is personified by Malcolm, for sure. Knowledgeable, likeable, patient, always reassuring. I am a 1st-time buyer, and as this was my 1st ever purchase, I was generally terrified and had to learn loads on the go, and quickly. I was blessed to have Malcolm on my side and without him I am not sure I could have made it through! I will keep as my friend forever, as I am so grateful. Remus

Anna was supportive, helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with the paperwork, viewings and even in our final move. Such a positive experience for us and would highly recommend them when it comes to finding your new home!

Despite the extensive listings advertised online, when I approached the agent in person, I was informed that no apartments were available. Instead of providing assistance, the agent requested my phone number, promising a call back that never came. Moreover, I felt judged based on my origin, which is highly unprofessional and inappropriate for any business, especially one in the service industry. An agent’s role is to assist potential clients with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background. In conclusion, the lack of professionalism and the judgmental attitude of the agent at Farrel Lewis ,disappointing. It’s crucial for a property agency to offer reliable service and treat all clients equally, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

It was incredibly fast and both of them guided us thru the process and helped insure it was as stress free as possible. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area and 100% would work with them again.
