Charlie was warm and professional from the start, and kept the sale on the rails at times when it looked like it might fall off. In all the ways that our solicitors were not helping, Charlie helped to the bridge the gap and keep everyone informed. Would happily recommend Connells to family and friends.

She made everything clear and straightforward, from the signing of documents to addressing my questions about the property and arranging meetings with the landlord. She always kept me informed and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated her friendly approach and dedication to excellent service. I would highly recommend Davis Tate to anyone looking for a stress-free renting experience.

13th Jun 2025 (3 days ago)We recently completed the sale of our house in Botley, both Richard Chamberlain and Richard Evans were absolutely top class. They both knew their stuff and knew the market well, nothing was too much trouble. They answered all our questions and queries promptly(which we had many) and put our minds at ease on many occasions. They kept us informed the whole way via whatsapp and also rang us frequently to update us. The whole experience was stress free and smooth. From putting our house up and to completion took an amazing eight weeks, this was partly due to Juno, the brilliant solicitors they recommended to us. We would highly recommend anyone who needs to find a professional, friendly and very efficient local independent estate agent in Oxford to use Chamberlain Evans. Thank you both and thanks to your team, we are forever grateful to you all.

What started as a fairly straightforward purchase turned out to be quite complicated, but Damien remained professional, calm, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. He went above and beyond to keep things moving, kept us informed at all times, and was always available to answer questions or chase things up when needed. His dedication and commitment made a huge difference, and we genuinely felt that he cared about helping us get the right outcome. Initially, we were struggling to find somewhere to live in Oxford and our experiences with other letting agencies was stressful to say the least. Rosie was the first lettings negotiator we dealt with that was empathetic to our struggles. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.

If you’re house-hunting in Didcot, I’d highly recommend dropping by—they’re friendly, helpful, and make the process feel easy.
5th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)At the beginning of my tenancy, the agency seemed very professional and attentive, but unfortunately, my experience changed towards the end. It became clear that they were more focused on representing the landlord’s interests. If you are a landlord, I’m sure they will do a great job for you. However, as a tenant, I cannot say I had the best experience. My advice to future tenants is to document everything. After every phone call or interaction, follow up with an email summarizing the conversation. Trust me, you’ll need that paper trail.

14th Feb 2025 (17 weeks ago)Strongly recommend the team at TM Wallingford led by Craig Kirkman. No nonsense, down to earth and experienced approach leveraging broad local market knowledge. Action oriented, they get on with the job and set realistic goals based on market insight. Sold our property in Dorchester on Thames successfully in a timely manner. They may not be the least expensive option in the area but you get what you pay for.
