Learning everything mortgage, being contactable whenever we need her and feeling secure with her advice. Thanks to her we have had an offer accepted on our first home within a week of our first meeting. The services Allen & Harris provide is second to none. Cannot recommend more!

Jordan has been my main point of contact, and nothing has been too much trouble for him. I am immensely grateful to him for sharing his knowledge and experience when called upon with unfailing cheerfulness. Kirsty has been responsive and more than happy to assist with my enquiries at every turn. I can strongly recommend the Chancellors Carterton sales team for both their can do attitude and down to earth approach.
8th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience working with this company, and their Witney team. We mostly worked with Chloe and Natasha, but everyone we've dealt with to date has been top notch in helping us through the process - really going above and beyond to help us and our unique circumstances. As Canadians moving from Germany into the UK trying to muddle our way through the tenancy process was made so much easier and far less stressful thanks to Chloe, and the Parkers Team. Both my husband and I were blown away by just how smooth they made the renting process for us. I seriously can't recommend them enough!
4th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)When my wife studied in Oxford from 2017 to 2020, she rented her lovely apartment through Chancellors-Headington. In 2024, our family returned, and Mr. Charlie Howlett was extremely helpful in finding a property for us. Since we arrived in Oxford in late August, when fewer properties were available, and were eager to move in as soon as possible, Charlie patiently took care of our needs, found suitable properties, and responded to our questions quickly and thoughtfully. Thanks to his efforts, we successfully moved into a wonderful house within a week. Overall, he’s a great person working at a great letting agency.

Knight Frank in Stow on the Wold are an exceptional estate agent, who are changing the narrative around the stereotypical unreliable, insular, expensive service. I cannot recommend Helen Waddilove at Knight Frank highly enough. Persistent, honest, communicative, measured and able to balance the needs of buyer and seller to mutual advantage. We moved to Knight Frank on the recommendation of a friend and we are so glad that we did. Our previous agent lacked initiative and energy, to the point where I was constantly chasing them and unconvinced by their entire operation. Helen represents the polar opposite and I genuinely believe that without her efforts, we would still be trying to sell our home. Moving house is right up there with life's most stressful times. Parting with exorbitant sums of money to arrogant, slothful solicitors and paying ridiculous levels of stamp duty to the government, only adds to the pain. An estate agent can often fall foul of the same disdain, but in Helen's case, the (reasonable) fee was entirely worth the outcome. If you are selling your home, you will not regret working with Helen and Knight Frank at Stow in the Wold. You are going to have to pay a lot of money to someone to sell your home, so it makes sense to select someone who will actually work for you and get the job done.

9th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

18th Dec 2023 (8 mo. ago)Deakin White were efficient and proactive in searching for properties for me. Both Sarah and Elliot were very good, made appointments at short notice and their sales style was not pushy at all (which I really liked). Communication is an area for improvement, it became apparent when talking to the seller directly that information wasn't always being passed on and the manager of the branch was able to progress things that had stalled for a few weeks. Overall a good experience.

Failed to respond to key information during conveyancing process, and missed a vital detail that caused purchase to fall through on DAY OF EXCHANGE. This cost me several thousands of pounds, not to mention the stress, heartache and disappointment. Extraordinarily poor.
27th May 2024 (15 weeks ago)I very highly recommend Perry Bishop Farringdon as an estate agent. I used them to sell my property in Bampton and they were absolutely fantastic throughout. I can't thank them enough for their advice and guidance, their knowledge and support and for how great their communications were, right from the initial meeting with Lucy through to Michelle seeing us through the sale progression. Big shout out to Gerry who carried us through everything and reassured us whenever we worried. Her expertise I truly believe got us the best possible price and a fantastic buyer. Thank you to everyone at Perry Bishop Faringdon!
26th Jun 2024 (11 weeks ago)So disappointed and had to pull out of a property purchase due to lack of disclosures. Waste of both mine and vendors time, plus I’m out of pocket having had to pay conveyancing fees. Agent needs to be more transparent and honest to avoid these situations.
